What a fantastic and welcoming Polish restaurant! We came for dinner and were greeted with warm, friendly service from the moment we arrived. The food was incredibly authentic—every dish was full of flavor and clearly made with care.
We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was so kind and even gave our kids some candy, which made their night. It’s clear this place values both tradition and hospitality.
Thank you for a great experience—we hope to visit again the next time we're in the Poconos!

The moment you walk in, you’re surrounded by the warmth of rustic wood-paneled walls, lantern-lit corners, and shelves lined with Polish treats—just like the cozy shops filled with imported chocolates, teas, and preserves. Babuni's Table is more than a restaurant, it’s a love letter to Polish tradition.
Over the course of a weekend, I found myself returning more than once, each meal blowing my mind and pulling me back for more. The lemon chicken with noodles was rich yet bright, the cucumber salad crisp and refreshing, and the goulash over a golden potato pancake was slow-cooked perfection—deep, hearty, and packed with flavor. What makes this place even more special? It’s BYOB, vegetarian-friendly, and great for those watching their sugar intake. The menu offers plenty of low-sugar options that never feel like a compromise—everything is so flavorful, you’d never know it was designed with dietary needs in mind.
Whether you have Polish heritage or not, Babuni’s Table is an experience worth having. It’s the kind of food that feels like home, even if it’s not your home. And for me, it stirred something deeper—a longing for my Polish roots that made each bite more than just a meal. It was a connection, a memory, and an absolute must-visit.

Absolute comfort food! Our food was prepared with obvious care and intentionality. The drinks were fun and different. And the apple streudle was warm, fresh, and a perfect ending to a wonderful meal. Looking forward to making the 40 minute drive again soon just to eat here again!

We visited this restaurant for my birthday with 9 adults, a toddler and a baby. I was visiting my mom and she told me to pick a place. I live in New Orleans (so I’m a huge foodie, but polish food isn’t something we get a lot of)
I wasn’t sure what to expect — but we had a great experience! It was odd to get your own drinks out of the cooler and we did turn down the volume on the TV when we sat down, but the food and service were exceptional!!
Even the kids macaroni and cheese was truly homemade and amazing. I had the traditional pierogis and everyone loved the pork chop also. We thought the desserts would be just an add on, but they ended up being the star of the meal!
Bonus points for the piano. (We had a professional musician with us who really enjoyed playing)
Kid-friendliness: They had a kids menu and high chairs. We also asked for crayons and they had some!

It's the best polish restaurant I've been into. I visited Poland couple times, but don't remember any food as tasty as in this place. It was like I visited someone's house in Poland countryside, because food had that home cooking taste. Thank you, guys. Will definitely visit next be around Poconos.

Wonderful little restaurant, the food was delicious and authentic. They even have a small Polish grocery selection. We bought a loaf of rye bread to take home after our meal.
Literally the best restaurant in the area. Huge portions, fresh and delicious food. Authentic polish cuisine. I'd give it 10 stars if I could. The potato pancakes and breaded chicken are absolutely delicious
