You know why this place is always empty? I’ll tell ya. The service is TRASH. idk who they have hired there, but it’s like they’re all just a bunch of teenagers too busy on their phones to do their JOB. There’ll be NO line in the drive thru & you’re gonna wait 10-15 minutes while they say “just a moment”. Will your order be right? Probably not. I’ve literally had 2 employees sitting at that drive thru window staring at their phones while I’m literally waiting to be helped. Hire people who actually want to work & not sit around & collect a check. Don’t even get me started on the mobile coupons & offers. Do yourself a favor & go to McDonald’s.. there’s a reason why they’re always busy & BK is like a deserted island.

This franchise is significantly better than other franchise locations operating in the area. the dining room is always clean and the food is always prepared correctly. The Burger King in East Stroudsburg is run by Carol corporation and it’s always dirty and the food sucks!

BOught three items thru drive thru. French fries cold and not done. Raw Milkshake was one inch below fill line Large soda had ice to the top off cup took a swig and it was empty. Couldn’t get straw to bottom of cup. Not very good in my opinion. Not worth going there.

Ordered five varying items at the drive-thru. Two Whopper juniors, one original chicken sandwich, one chicken fry and one medium fry. Ordered all sandwiches with eliminated condiments to ensure fresh food. All five items promptly served colder than the room temperature bag they were placed in. Even if by chance this would be improbable, but this location excels at cold, old food. Never again.

I was having a really bad night after an even worse day and needed something quick to eat — but it was late, around 10:30 PM. I knew Burger King was open, but I honestly didn’t expect much at that hour.
To my surprise, I was greeted by a woman with a kind, gentle voice who took my order (I got the number 10). When I pulled up to the window, she smiled and said, “We're making the fries fresh, honey. It'll just be a minute.” And as promised, no more than a minute later, she handed me my food and drink.
I expected the usual: an old sandwich, overdone fries, and a drink with too much ice — because that's been my typical late-night fast food experience. But what I got instead was a fish sandwich that tasted like it had just been made for me, fresh and hot. The fries were crispy and perfect, and even the drink had just the right amount of ice.
It might sound strange, but that food had love in it. It genuinely lifted my spirits. I went home happier than I’d been all day, just because I stopped there.
I actually returned today and got to meet a few of the other folks who work there — and they were just as exceptional. Kind people, great service, and food that feels like it was made with care.

I have been to the place twice now driving home from a nearby campground. I will have to say their accuracy on orders is terrible. The first time, I went through the drive-thru window with nobody in front of me they asked if I pull around and park in the lot so they could make my order. Almost 8 mins later nooo one came out. So I went in. They told me to wait another few mins and I got my order. I got back on my car, and the order wasn't even mine. I went back in to get the right one. The manager on duty didn't seem very remorseful about the mistake handing it to me. The 2nd time I went, they gave me my order faster at the windrow. However, after I drove off, half of the order was incorrect. Leadership in this place is lacking
