Dunkin'

At this point what is the purpose of putting things in the oven? All my food was extremely cold. I’ve been trying not give a bad review but this keeps happening. The hash browns are mushy, the bagels are never toasted even if you ask for double toasted. This sandwich is the Sourdough. The eggs were freezing cold. Like it got taken out of the fridge and put directly on the sandwich. The bread wasn’t toasted more than 30 seconds I bet. The only positive was that the people were pleasant. The negative they made the food. There are standards that are not being met in this place. I’m done.

I go to Dunkin every day of my life, this is by far the worst one I have ever been to. Both times I gave it a shot, they messed my order up and the food was inedible. Rock hard bagel and the hashbrowns tasted like cleaner spray.

Cold coffee and bad customer service

Probably the worst DD I have been to. It is very dirty from the tables to the kitchen. The oven is clearly not cleaned ever as it left a burnt residue on both our sandwitches. The hasbrowns were burnt and in crumbles. Watched an employee put his cigarette out on the wall and then touch food without even washing his hands. They must treat their workers horribly as they all looked to hate life and moved very slowly. On the positive note the coffees were fine. I would just suggest to never get food here

I’m a daily Dunkin buyer and this is the worst store. The store is always under staff. The employees look like they’re scrambling and it’s never clean. I use my mobile app every time to order and I’m missing items such as donuts or a coffee on the mobile order. I have to go back in to correct the order almost every time. Additionally, wherever they get the donuts from they are small and always running out. This store is the only Dunkin around and it could be really good if they put the time and effort into it.

Ruth is the best part of this Dunkin and the only reason I go there. Not only is she sweet, kind and respectful but she is the only one I trust to make my drinks ! You should definitely do whatever it takes to keep her !!! Love her !! Great job Ruth!! Dana ❤️

I order coffee and donuts almost every morning. I mobile order so it’s ready when I get there. My coffees alway ready but every morning I have to ask for my donuts. It’s like no one pays attention to the orders. Sometimes I’m waiting for ever to get someone’s attention.

This is the worst dunkin I have ever visited!! The staff is never friendly, they are always out of the item I decide to order and the drinks are never consistent. It sucks they are the closest one to my home! I will not being goin back here again. Seriously this Dunkin needs to be visited by someone who cares about their brand and name because it’s a disgrace to the company.

They have hardly any donuts to choose from in that place! It's good for some half fake hot sandwiches and coffee. Or a donuts if you like the 5 or 6 different ones they have(pathetic). Miss the Dunkin Donuts of the past!

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Ruth, and I have to say, she was amazing. Ruth was incredibly friendly and made sure my order was just right. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really made my day

This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to, which is also why I opt for Starbucks when I can. This restaurant doesn’t serve fresh food, runs out of stuff constantly, doesn’t treat customers well, and is not clean inside. Also, the app doesn’t reflect what the store has in stock, so you are able order and pay for items they don’t have. Make your coffee/food at home or go to the nearest Starbucks instead. You can even go to Perla down the street for high quality food and beverages.

This location's Donuts selection is always slim if you're not there early enough you won't get what your looking for .other then that the staff is great . But the work station could be a bit better organized and cleaned.

This review does not reflect poorly on the employees who are all very helpful and patient, but this store is massively understaffed. I felt so bad watching the guy up front take all the orders (including mobile and at the register) while making all the drinks and food on a busy Saturday morning. It’s a good thing everyone could recognize how unfair it was, because orders were taking 15 minutes to pump out. The owner of this location should be ashamed. If you’re not getting applications maybe pay the people a little more.
