They should try their food before serving because I just drove 48 miles and got the white rice with a whitty the rice tastes like dish soap I had ordered two beef Pattie’s instead they gave me 2 chicken Pattie’s not what I ordered!!!! J*** chicken is dry!!! Tried to call to warn them to toss the rice because it is bad and every time we get the busy signal!!!! Horrible restaurant NEVER AGAIN!!!!

The food was better over the summer than it is now, the entire menu tastes different. All I've been receiving is burnt, bland, dry and hard chicken whether it is j*** chicken or honey fried chicken. The rice and peas is soggy. The j*** pork use to be so good now you barely have it. There should be more variety of drinks. I had high hopes for this place being that I'm West Indian and been searching for a good restaurant with flavourful foods that will remind me of back home but now I'm disappointed.

I was expecting some of the best fried chicken I’ve had in the Poconos but it was just okay. The store itself is dirty, and let’s just say I wasn’t feeling the island vibes whatsoever. The overall poor tasting food and dirty place really wasn’t a good experience for me but they have potential to be a great spot. Just keep the inside clean and add some more passion to your food.

I loved the music and the flavor of the food. I really enjoyed the Jamaica Soda. It's a great place to have a birthday party or tiny wedding with an Island Vibe. There is plenty of parking.

The food was amazing. The rice and peas was good, the salad was fresh you could tell it was just made I could of ate more and the fried chicken was very crispy, hot and juicy very delicious. The place could of been cleaner. But all in all was really very good. I would say try it.

J*** chicken was good but the sides were not. My mac n cheese was cold and the cabbage was undercooked. They should give you more chicken and less sides. Most of my meal were the sides.

It was my first time eating here. I was greeted by a gentleman then a nice lady I forgot her name I remember her saying it was her fiancé and mother’s restaurant anyway she was extremely attentive and had a great personality. I will admit in this area it’s chinese or pizza McDonalds or burger king not to many food choices so we travel to Bethlehem or Allentown if we want something different. Im so grateful tonight that I gave them a try simply Amazing the portions size was perfect also I sent a text out immediately to my family and neighbors to give them a try I know they wont be disappointed I pray you guys stay I will also mention it to my church family again I’m extremely impressed with the service and food I received this evening.
So great! We ordered takeout. The j*** chicken is phenomenal! Perfectly tender and spicy (not hot, just delicious). The fried chicken is AMAZING! Curry chicken is excellent. We really liked the steamed veggies as a side along with the rice and peas. The salad is beautiful. Super fresh!Wow- we are so pleased with the meal and grateful to have such fine food in our small town.

Waited a hour for this even tho I ordered Mac and cheese with mine the foods not bad the customer service sucks can’t even tell what they are saying. Overall experience could be better if you don’t mind waiting it’s worth it. better then star garden for sure

So it was my first time trying this new place. I must say the j*** chicken was delicious, my only reason for not giving 5 stars is because all of the meals should come with plantain, rice&peas and cabbage or other veggies. My other dislike is the portion size for a large, is not impressive. I would really like to see this new business last. They need to give customers a better portion of food if they want to last.
