I waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru line for a mobile order (placed 10 minutes before arrival) only to find out I was waiting the whole time for the person‘s order behind me and my order was sitting there. Everyone needs to take some lessons from Chick-fil-A and Target if they are going to offer mobile pickup!!

This is the worst KFC/Taco Bell I have ever eaten at. The orginal chicken was over cooked and way too crispy. The taco shell was old and stale. The Pepsi tasted like Seltzer water and the Customer Service was terrible. The woman in the seat taking orders was not very friendly and looked miserable. She seemed annoyed when taking orders. My sister use to work here over 20 years ago and it was such a different vibe including the food. I will not return but it's so sad to see how much this place has changed.

The food was good. I did not appreciate the staff though when i was there about a week ago. There was this girl who i won't name due to privacy. But this girl who was an employee was vaping which i do not appreciate, and cursing on the phone when she was walking out of the bathroom. I do not believe that should be aloud in a work environment. I did call the manager and hope this gets resolved.

Quick stop through the drive through on the way home. We had a craving for some original legs and mashed potatoes with gravy. The food was great... Hit the spot!

My KFC experience was pleasant. I had to wait for my fresh chicken which came out extremely hot. Just the way I like it. So I love the fact that they tell you that your chicken is going to be up in a few minutes and they stick to it. The environment is clean. Their attitude toward the customer. Is subtle and calm? customer service is terrible, the older lady taken orders does not properly take them , took our order repeated it back but still didn't ring in half the order . so after waiting over 15 min ( in a place that was not busy ) , was told this is all that is on receipt, no I'm sorry , no let me fix that. the menu board on wall states the meals come with drink & fries and we were told no we don't do that anymore , but the sign is there and no sign anywhere stating any difference 🤔 then take it down .. poor customer service, all the way around . and the attitude and atmosphere is unpleasant.

Have not been to this KFC in months so I thought I would try it again. Wrong more gravy than potatoes corn was hard and at first the chicken skin looked burnt but the meat was undercooked. Lots of liquid in the box. No utensils or napkins so I guess I will eat with my fingers Not going back again
