It was good. It was fresh and I went with the $6 meal. They have a $6 meal for everyday. Today was two pieces of chicken, a medium sized drink, a biscuit and mashed potatoes and gravy for six bucks. You really can't beat it

This place is absolutely disgusting!!! Items all over the floor! Dirty dirty!! Employees need to look more presentable!!! And kindness would help!!!! Presentation at its worst!!!! After I went in to get my food I was so hesitate to order from there!! They need to talk to their employees wash them up abit and clean their dirty filthy floors!!

All fast food in Brodheadsville is slow with terrible customer service. KFC, however, takes the prize for the worst of the worst. They are the slowest, rudest and most mismanaged establishment that I have ever visited. You will not be greeting with any semblance of kindness, I think they only employ people who hate to smile. The food takes forever and they are never prepared for busy times. The drive thru line is nearly, every single night, stretching out into 209. Not because it's so busy, but because they cannot complete simple orders.

I had a highly disappointing experience at KFC recently. I placed an online order at 8:16 PM and arrived at 8:18 PM, only to be told by an employee outside that the lobby was closed and we needed to use the drive-thru. Despite our order being ready by 8:20 PM, we waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru, only to be informed that our order had been stolen and that company policy prevented them from remaking it. The manager was unhelpful and argumentative, initially refusing to remake the order and insisting we contact customer service. After considerable back-and-forth, he begrudgingly agreed to remake it. This experience was incredibly frustrating and highlighted poor management and service. Never coming back to this establishment.
