Mike's Pizzeria Italian Restaurant / Brodheadsville

We’ve ordered from Mike’s a lot over the years. Had some good and bad experiences. Tried it tonight for the first time in a while. Ordered two subs and asked if they could toast the subs and they said of course. -I guess I should’ve specified because they only toasted the bread. It was burnt on both ends. Burnt and crispy bread with cold meat and cheese. We ordered my son a personal white pizza. It was burnt on the bottom in the middle. With tip it was $67, which was not worth it at all. Hopefully just an off night for them. The girl who took my order was very friendly both on the phone and at pickup.

So far everything we have tried has been phenomenal, the rice ball is hands down the absolute best I have had in year's! So glad we live near here!

Food is good! Love their white pie & rice balls! Rice balls pricey (3 for $19.77) and surcharge for using credit card are cons. Ample space to dine or utilize bar. Haven’t used the bar yet, but nice feature.

Mike’s has the BEST CHEESESTEAKS!!!! We were traveling and stopped in for lunch and were very impressed with Mike’s, our server Mary Margaret 😍 and our out-of- this world Cheesesteak Sandwich!!! We highly recommend Mike’s Italian Restaurant. Rosemary and Tom. Lake Naomi.

Unreal. Ordered a pie to be picked up online and paid by credit card. My wife picked up the pie and they made her pay again. She didn’t know I paid online but you would think the store would know this. So not only did they charge her a second time they also charged her more for the same order. We called the store and they said we have to come to the store to get a refund which is absolutely ridiculous. We’re not all that close where it’s a quick easy trip. Absolutely ridiculous and the guy on the phone really couldn’t care less. Beyond ridiculous. We’ll dispute it with Amex and go to another pizza place from now on. The guys attitude on the phone was beyond unacceptable.

We have been ordering food here on and off since 2015 when we moved to the area. We have always had a good experience. Tonight we got 1 large pizza and 1 gluten free pizza. I've recently had to go gluten free. I don't have anything to compare the pizza we got tonight to but it exceeded expectations. I'm happy to know that there is a gluten free option that tastes amazing so I don't have to give up one of my favorite foods!

My son enjoyed his pizza from here BUT I went with a stromboli which was tiny for the small size in comparison to spinelli's pizza right by shoprite which is a million times better. Their's is double the size for like $2-3 more. Mike's sauce was nowhere as good either. Then got the check and prices are all different from the menu. Pizza was $3.25 instead of $2.99 a slice, stromboli was $11.99 instead of the $10.99, soda was $3.99 instead of $3.29 (not exactly sure on that last one but I know menu said less) and then when I asked the waitress and expected her to fix it she only commented that prices are subject to change. OK well I asked her about the price of the stromboli while ordering since the menu layout is confusing. Anyways we always go to spinelli's and wanted to switch it up this time. Worst mistake ever!
