This place is amazing! The crêpes are light, fresh, and packed with flavor. They have a great variety of sweet and savory options, so there’s something for everyone. The presentation is beautiful, and everything tastes homemade. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is cozy — perfect for breakfast, brunch, or even dessert. Definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back to!

Parla Coffee Shop in Brodheadsville is a hidden gem tucked right in the heart of the Poconos — a beautiful little café and eatery that instantly makes you feel welcome. It’s the perfect stop if you’re out on a ride through the mountains and craving a good cup of coffee. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, blending small-town charm with a modern touch.

Came in during a slow time in the afternoon and tried to order three different sandwiches but was told they didn’t have any flatbreads which was basically half of the savory menu. They were also out of some meats so we couldn’t get the paninis we wanted either. So after being left with 4 options, we ordered 4 sandwiches, a crepe, and a couple lattes. Food took 35 minutes to prepare and all of this cost over $90 after tip. Food was decent but not 35-minutes-good and service was subpar. Unfortunate thing is that there isn’t much around in terms of alternatives 🤷‍♂️

Clean, neat, and friendly atmosphere. Staff was responsive and helpful 👌 The food was delicious and fresh. Wait time was good as well 😌 + halal certified ✨️
