Philly Pretzel Factory

Honestly this location is so disappointing. Philly pretzels are easily one of my favorite things but I'll drive to Stroudsburg before wasting anymore money at this location. The pretzels are always burnt. Such a waste. This was my second and LAST time getting pretzels here. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Staff is fantastic pretzels are delicious most of the time mine were hot out of the oven!

Tammy was a delightful help! Decided to randomly head over and get some food for a party. Without planning or notice, Tammy was up to the call to take our order. She was patient, kind, polite and knowledgeable! Highly recommend this pretzel factory!

Ask for them to cook the pretzels longer which ended up to be very delicious willing to help

What a great experience! The owner made a birthday bucket for my son, filled with pretzel rivets and pretzel numbers sticking out the top. This made his day, since he is not a cake guy. Thank you for making his day!!

I've ordered pretzels from here several times. The first time, was for my child's school function. Philly Pretzel discounted me 100 pretzel and dips. The second time, was for a family function and the order was made promptly and correctly. I strongly recommend Philly Pretzel! One more thing, that redhead in the runs the shop is extremely organized and has the best personality ever!

Philly’s in the House! Sooo glad this is right next to Kinsley’s Shoprite here in Broadheadsville! The pretzels are amazing as is the staff…Baylee’s da’ bomb! ? I always see her or the owner behind the counter and love to mess with then, they’re awesome and the vibe with the customers has always been friendly; how can you be grumpy when you’re slingin’ some banging pretzels! I grew up in Philly and was raised on soft pretzels. There have been a few large bakeries (Federal was the biggest) but the Philly Pretzel Factory franchises have mastered it. I’ve been to over a dozen franchisee’s locations over the years and 2 things have always struck me. 1) The product is EXTREMELY consistent whether you go to the same location or a different one. Some are longer and narrower in shape, others are shorter or wider but the texture and flavor are the same. 2) The staff is exceptional. They strive for accuracy and scheduling for their tray orders and provide a friendly contact with the customer at the point of sale. Love this joint, keep up the great work!!!

My husband and I love Philly Pretzel Factory! The pretzels are delicious & the staff is always so friendly & helpful!

Literally just walked in the store, lady was sitting behind the counter on the phone. Said excuse me literally two times. She ignored me, so I walked out. Was super excited to try the pretzels too.

This supermarket is absolutely ginormous. Get literally everything to feed an army of people here. Everything is so well laid out, too.
