Probably from the vast amount of pepperonis. They could use less pepperonis. ? Additionally, there seemed to be a shortage of sauce, which affected the overall flavor profile.Despite these minor setbacks, one aspect truly impressed me—the impeccable ?. Despite being delivered, the ? arrived neatly and securely ?, ensuring it stayed fresh and intact. While there's certainly room for improvement in terms of flavor balance, Don Pedro’s commitment to quality ? is certainly commendable.Looking ahead, despite this experience, I’m inclined to explore Don Pedro’s menu further and try their other offerings. Had oxtails and rice from here. I was disappointed to say the least because the flavor was not what I was expecting. It was more on the sweet side and I felt as though the flavors didn't mesh well together (coming from a puertorican). I wouldn't cross this place out, I'd be willing to try it again if they made a more savory flavored oxtail. Otherwise, the staff was very sweet. And no, I'm not tarnishing a small business, I'm giving my own opinion and experience.

Food is decent, pretty expensive tho. The wait times are absolutely ridiculous. For cheese steak wings salad and fries it took all of about 1hr. From entering order to leaving the restaurant. They tell you 30 minutes at least when you order then take your 10-15minute drive there and then wait another 10 minutes. Yeah there was a couple customers in there. But I can order the same amount of food right down the road at another restaurant and wait 20-30 till I’m home with food not 1hr. Good people in there though.

Food is great .. fried red snapper fillet is definitely my favorite… also the pork chops the yellow rice the white rice with beans … and the chicken with rice and beans are all great … i love the salad i usually add there hot sauce the red beans and there vinegar dressing to it … great people very friendly and professional.. usually order from here 1 to 3 times a week

We were a family of 5, arrived close to closing time. Pedro, the owner was gracious and made us delicious dinner. We had the baked chicken, recommended by Pedro, it was the best chicken we ever had. Ropa Vieja, with rice and beans was also delicious. Definitely get the homemade salsa and garlic sauce. Kids got pepperoni pizza. It was great chatting with him and learning about his experience.For dessert we got the home made tres leches cake, delicious!
