Spinelli's Brick Oven Pizzeria

Haven’t been in a while because of the food (not the same)! I figured I’d order a pepperoni slice and mozzarella sticks, how can you mess that up?! Pizza not good and mozzarella stick’s pretty much what you’d expect, ended up putting most of it in the trash. Sad to say there is a reason why I haven’t been back in a while and don’t plan on taking another chance on them.

Got x-large pizza. Asked for it to be lightly done. When she brought it to the table it was burned and crust was so thin, hardly any sauce. I ate half a piece, all I tasted was burnt crust. My fiance took a bite from mine. He agreed this was terrible.
The waitress did take the pizza off our bill. And Spinelli's kept the pizza. This was a big disappointment.

pizza is just mid, there is little to no pepperoni on the pizza! If you order a pepperoni pie, there is basically no pepperonis there. It might aswell be a cheese pizza. The very small pepperonis and the small amount put on the pizza makes it not even worthwhile. If you actually want pepperoni, this is not the place . Ridiculous and disappointing.

When first got seated waited like 10 min for someone to actually come over , and only acknowledged me after the fact that I said if she was the girl for my side , she look at me like I was bothering her next and said she'll get someone next it was her I kindly ordered my good with a drink waited another 10 min for my soda to come
My order was simple chicken n chicken parm
Chicken wings came out and the plate was full of the oil the wings were fried in guess someone forgot to drain the oil from them a lil under cooked and hard def didn't finish them my sandwich even though was hot the chicken to bread ratio was def short horrible service they def won't see me again

Staples to close the takeout containers seems kind of risky. I have found loose staples a couple of times now prompting me to inspect the food before we eat. Other than that the food is very good.

my primary complaint is the service, especially for people of color. Not sure what the root of the problem was but, it definitely came off as prejudice. - Waited over 15 minutes and no water, no server, not even a water. seemed like staff was confused about who’s table our table was, yet, we felt ignored, hungry and disrespected. Didn’t seem like they cared. We were obviously waiting, looking around, hungry and willing to pay for food there after 10minutes. After the newcomers were attended to next to us, it was clear we were wasting our time. Were there a total of 30-40minutes. Left hungry and disappointed. I understand a crowd, but completely missing us for THAT long? So unprofessional and extremely rude. Looks bad on record. So, I recommend not going during 4-6pm.

We always enjoy coming here! Great pizza, great prices, great service! The burgers are phenomenal as well!!

Awesome place!

It was my family's first time dining there tonight. We sat ourselves not realizing and from that moment a snotty blonde hair waitress, just ruined my experience. She was rude about the fact that we sat ourselves unknowingly, and continued to be nasty toward me all night and nice to my husband only.
Ughh, ughh!!!
The spaghetti wasn't any good, the Greek salad was weird with bell peppers and SMOTHERED in dressing that I didn't ask for.
But hubby did love his spicy firehouse burger and the bacon cheese fries were great also. I enjoyed those.
I could have did without the waitress all together tho. She got zero for a tip!

I WHOLE HEARTEDLY LOVED THE CHICKEN SPINELLI WITH ARTICHOKE SERVED WITH LINGUINE AND A ICEBERG SALAD. THIS WAS AN AMAZING MEAL. HATS OFF TO THE CHEF!

Dietary restrictions: I needed to avoid tomatoes, onions and garlic and they made me a fantastic Greek salad, accommodating my needs. It was delicious!
