Definitely the best Thai place in the area. There's 3 other places I've tried and this one definitely beats them all out. It has some longer than average wait times but it's totally worth it.

First time here and awesome. Was a tad pricey for the pad Thai but was worth it for how much you get and how good it tastes. I got mine to go so the photo doesn’t do much justice but very good!

As a home cook and big foodie, I love spending my time searching for new spots to eat lunch...and I stumbled upon Thairiffic! Being a big fan of Asian cuisine and despising take out Chinese, I figured I would give this place a try. I am so glad that I did. I ordered the Pad Thai w/ Shrimp and the crispy spring rolls....to say they were delicious is an under statement! There really are no words to truly describe how amazing the food was. One small taste and you can tell that nothing is pre-made or frozen, all ingredients are fresh and treated with care and respect by the cook! I have tried most of the Thai restaurants in the Brodheadsville/Stroudsburg area and let me tell you none compare to this place. upon entering the restaurant I was promptly greeted by the owner, his friendly nature was warm and inviting. The dinning area while small was well lit and comfortable. It reminded me more of a family home environment rather than a business. I will definitely being eating here again...may just have to make it a weekly stop!

The best authentic Thai Food we’ve had anywhere in the US - period. We stumbled upon this place as we were tired of pub food during our out of state ski trip. Every single dish we ordered was outstanding! Our host was warm and welcoming and got us a charming table for our family. We had to pre-order the food but it was served fresh with very generously sized portions. We brought leftovers back home with us because it was just that good! We have traveled and eaten Thai in almost every major city in the US. This is the real deal - don’t hesitate. Just go for it!

What a find! Authentic Thai was amazing. It’s run by a husband and wife so if you can call ahead for pick up it works best.
The food is excellent and so is the service. The steamed dumplings were really fresh. The jungle curry is spicy but very flavorful and the Tom Kha soup is mild but flavorful and filling. Will be back!Vegetarian options: Can get tofu as a protein in most dishes, soups have vegetarian broth.

thairiffic in the valley was so lovely and delicious. we arrived late on a saturday night and the owners were so hospitable and kind. the food was delicious, the portions were very generous, and the setting was charming. would absolutely recommend! especially after a day of skiing/snowboarding!!!
