I think I was mischarged last time I was here. Instead of checking to ensure I was charged correctly, I got an excuse about rising costs and the economy.

Great bagels. Bad customer service. Won't be back. Best of luck to this business, their product is great but they absolutely need to work on their service. Mistakes happen, but you have to at least verify when a customer thinks they've been mischarged.

Place hasn’t changed in 25 years. The best bagels and sandwiches. You will wait …maybe out the door but they keep it moving.

They are the best bagels in PA. They are always fresh and have a great variety. Also love the extras like crumb cake and cannoli's!! They all work very hard as it's an extremely busy place. Always a line but it goes quick and so worth the wait!!!
