If you are extremely hungry and in a hurry, this place is not for you.
I couldn't tell if you ordered at the counter or sat yourself and expect a waitress. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes with no acknowledgment. So we sat down. After almost 15 minutes, we just decided to bail. They were busy. I guess.
I saw the reviews that it gets busy, and when that happens, the staff ignores you. I didn't want to keep waiting and never get anywhere.
The prices looked good. The food looked good. The place was clean.
Good luck if you get there at the right time.

waited over an hour to have our order taken which was 2 BLTS a hotdog and A cheeseburger, hotdog bun came out extremely soggy to where I couldn't even pick it up, asked for a fresh one took another 20 mins to get that. extremely cheap cause you'll be there forever
the italian ice is js a snowball pretty much nd the flavor is very faint i could barley taste it

Food was great but they are not prepared for crowds, first in line, ready to put in our order and 5 minutes goes by with no one talking to us. We ordered a double cheeseburger, turkey melt and large fry but apparently that takes 30 minutes to make. A whole baseball team showed up for ice cream and they priortized them and completely forgot about us.
