brandon is a great employee helped me with my biggest search and was even so sweet when i came to grab the toy. holding it while i walked in and basically celebrated with me when checking me out this man has the best customer service i’ve seen in a while. management if you read or see this please give this man some sort of raise or just am extra vacation day cause he deserves it.

Today I went for a chicken burger. The chicken tasted horrible, it was bitter and burnt. I told him it was there so they would change it for me. But he said that was fine and that's it, they continued serving others.

Waited over 25 minutes in drive thru. I had a mobile order . Employees move with ZERO sense of urgency. By the time I got my food it was cold and disgusting. Do better!!
service was friendly but slow. ordered ahead on the app by 20 minutes and still had to wait 6 minutes for my order even though no one was ahead of me at the drive thru.

I’m fat so I swing by at least every other week. Occasionally the wait might be a tad longer than I would like, but nothing extreme. Wait is reasonable especially when you receive piping hot food and your correct order. In my experience, it’s always worth the visit/wait. Staff aren’t overly friendly (which I don’t mind since no one has ever been rude or unpleasant, Staff has always been cordial and respectful. Overall, I highly appreciate your work and the easy going transaction. Keep up the good work.
