Mozzarella sticks were cold, we had to wait over 10 minutes for someone to actually take our order, took forever to get our food, and then they didn't even get our order right and we had to remind them to give us one of our drinks.

I've been coming to this Burger King long time enter today there will never get my money or family or friends money I want to purchase a few items for my kids it almost came out to $20 I went to pay with a $50 bill cash the lady told me that she couldn't accept that she could set up a card or I needed me to buy I think this is ridiculous money is I take my business

I don't know if they're short staffed or what everytime I've gone to this location I wait a half hour for my order that should only take about 5 mins. They always seem to mess something up and seemingly have an attitude at the window.
So yall close the inside of the store before 5:30?? And then yall got the nerve to make 3 cars in the drive thru line wait 20+ mins as the line builds up behind us. What are yall doin back there? You got like 5 employee cars in the parkin lot it should not take that long. Taking that long and the foods not even fresh or even remotely warm??? Pathetic.

Very rude and unprofessional employees including the manager. They left us standing at the register while they counted the same drawer 3 different times. It was like no one knew how to count. NOR did they greet is to explain it will be a wait while they count. One employee kept making rude remarks like they should have went through drive through. When we were leaving without ordering she was attempting to be cute/smart by saying have a nice day. She need to learn how to count and present herself with a better attitude instead of showing off in front of her peers. Manager did nothing. Very unprofessional
