2 bad experiences at this location. 1) nuggets and fries were very small, like the crumbs at the end of bag 2) food was cold. Very disappointed never had a bad experience at chick fila before this location

Usually have great customer service here but just leaving the drive thru at 6:50AM and was not greeted with kindness not acceptance. The guy didn’t have any manners and in was really thrown off by his demeanor

Ever since this restaurant opened up it's always a good experience. Food nice and hot and staff is always welcoming and friendly. There was a few times in which I was given "coupons" for a free item when I had to wait for a long time with food.
But on top of that, I would like to specifically thank Todd and the other associate that was with him. My car broke down in the drive through today and they came out promptly to help push my car out and into a safe parking space.
You guys are wonderful, and Todd, you have an amazing staff!

No matter how packed they are, service in the drive thru is always quick
My experience is always wonderful here. However tonight I did place an order through doordash and the driver forgot everything but the fries. I called the store to see if I could come pick it up instead and the shift leader Stevie was outstanding! She knew exactly what happened and saw our food left behind and agreed to make a new order for me fresh when I arrived. When I arrived the cashier and Stevie were very attentive and quick to serve me.. unfortunately I would assume a woman in a green shirt was Stevies manager and name may be Jahla/Jayla was extremely rude to me and accused me of lying about this. Never introduced herself or even say hello.. but instead curled her eyes and said "who are you?? What" Extremely unprofessional and so out of character for Chickfila. None the less Stevie took care of it and she deserves a lot of praise for being so kind even under pressue.
Had to pull over & wait over 10 minutes in my car on a very hot day with a baby in the car seat for 4 chicken fingers around 2 in the afternoon? The milkshake was melted by the time it came out. To top it off, I was picking up for a friend. I don't even eat chicken! The staff was nice as always.
