Went here last friday with my husband and 7 year old. Waited an hour to be seated, then we sat there waiting for almost 3 hrs for 3 cheeseburger entrees and they never came out. We left after 3 hours and our waitress was no where to be found for 1.5 of those hours. Asked her when our Foo is coming out and she didn't know. They were too worried about the Door dash orders then the customers who were seated. The manager and the waitress looked like they were on something. Horrible!!!!

This is about Chilis in Brookhaven, Pa. My poor mom (and several other people) stood waiting for food pickup orders for over an hour. We were told that the kitchen was backed up and all orders were being made in the order of the pickup time; orders set to be picked up at 9:30 were ready before ours, which should have been ready for pickup at 7:58 (we didn’t get out food until about 9:10). And when we got home, our food was cold. I’ve worked in customer service for a while, so I usually don’t get upset over stuff like this…but this experience was not good. We’ve ordered from Chilis a few times and had better experiences then, but I’m not sure we’ll be returning any time soon.

I could rate you on the food but we never got seated waited 30 minutes when I was told my wait was 20 minutes. Then seating everyone that came after me, as I’m sitting right next to the host. Then we ask how much longer and he stated I already text you, I didn’t receive a text and the sad part is when I got there I double check to make sure he had the right number. The attitude after I said I didn’t receive a text was unacceptable.i wish there was a option for no stars.

The food is good here, and the service is great; Miranda is an Amazing Bartender and server!!!
I started with the sampler, the only thing I'd ever get again, should I return. I had the strawberry margarita and the Don Julio margarita. The glasses were so small and they needed to cut back on all the ice in these little glasses and shakers. For my entree, I had the Cajun chicken pasta. They missed the Cajun taste with this one. Something in that dish was giving unthawed vibes..

Horribly slow service. Waited a very long time for food to be brought out to the table. I will not be returning to this location.
Past 2 times have been to this location experienced terrible customer service. Walked out tonight after being sat by 2 people who couldn’t obviously be more bothered. Walked in at 9:20 to a girl with her head down at the hostess station. Had a winter jacket on and was super frustrated that she had to check if there was open seating in a section. After being sat we watched at least 6 employees walk by without being greeted. After 5 minutes of waiting without anyone coming to our table we left.

The absolute worst chilli’s. We sat down and ordered and waited 50 minutes for food. No drinks, nothing. We asked multiple times for service at the front desk and the staff basically hid from us. Management is a joke.

Got take out, said to be in the parking lot by 7:05 for pickup by 7:15. By 7:50 I finally said I want to cancel and then of course my order comes right out. Now it’s 8:00. My food is cold, and I could have gotten it from somewhere else in less time. Then the employees were cussing at each other.

I have never once left a restaurant due to poor service but I did today. Usually I am sympathetic to servers because I used to be one myself. My husband and I waited for 20 minutes and watched everyone seated after us get greeted. Please stop giving so many tables to the bartender. She is clearly overwhelmed and it's not her fault. We usually visit this establishment every week or so and this was very disappointing.

Service was lacking. There was no bartender 100% in the bar, and every server was walking around all upset, and like if they were bothered by something LoL. The only good thing about my visit here was that I spoke to a nice lady eating at the bar, which, even with a bad service she was happy. I only had one beer and went somewhere else. Still, I left $20 in the hopes the bartender at least had a nice tip to turn that frown around. Probably not coming back here.
