Ordered online for pick up and they gave me someone’s DoorDash order, after I drove 15 minutes back to pick up my order, I drove 15 minutes home only to realize they gave me someone’s DoorDash order again. I called the store 3 times and no one picks up.

I placed an online pickup order at this location in Brookhaven for 3:05 PM and didn’t get my food until 3:30. When I went inside to wait, multiple employees walked right past me without saying a word. It took nearly 15 minutes before a single person even acknowledged that I was standing there. Having worked in the restaurant industry myself, I know how easy it is to greet a guest or at least let them know their order is being worked on. That simple courtesy goes a long way, but unfortunately it was missing here. I don’t expect everything to be on time but the lack of courtesy is frustrating.

We had the 3 for Me special that comes with choice of house salad or chips and salsa, a burger choice entree and soft drink.
The small house salad was 'just right' in size and content. I opted for the Old Time burger and an iced tea. The thick burger was cooked perfectly and topped with the prerequisite cheese, fresh lettuce and tomato on a quality bun. The steaming hot cheeseburger sat alongside a generous serving of crispy french fries. Nice.
Our waitress was exceptional. Very attentive and friendly-- frequently checking back in with us throughout the meal. She even went out of her way to lower the window blinds when she noticed several customers struggling with the strong sun/glare coming in. Great service!

The food wasnt all that great i did only like the steak 🥩 and shrimp 🍤 rice was not cooked at all. The beans was kinda hard other then that everything else was ok, would i come back to this chili's absolutely not, that's just my opinion.

Food is typically good. Service is always hit or miss. Waited over 20 minutes to get our order taken and people who came in after us were immediately addressed (different server). When it was time to pay the check I had to basically hunt down the server who informed me I could pay on the kiosk machine which I couldn't do because it was not working. She gave me the check and disappeared again. If this was my first experience there I would not return. There is one phenomenal server Mariah, I will request her the next time we dine.

The night I went i needed a table for 2. Waited maybe 10 minutes. The staff did not stop the entire visit. They were attentive and good attitudes for the amount of people in the restaurant. When I requested more drinks and sauce it was if the waitress turned around and had behind get back she was that quick. Great job to all staff. Will return

Came in for lunch. Bought my daughter and her friend after graduation expecting to have a nice meal. Waited for about 10-15 at the hostess stand. Granted she was a little busy. Told me the wait would be 5 more minutes. I was ok with that. Another family with 3 people as well came in and sat down. At this point we’ve been waiting about 15 mins. After another 10 mins the hostess came back and seated the family that came in after us. When I asked her why were they seated first and we’ve already been waiting 20-25 mins now and they’ve only waited 5-10. Her response was “I was coming to seat you next”. They waitress Latifah tried to justify it, saying they had been there when the table she was talking about wasn’t even the one that o was speaking on. Now here is where my attitude comes in because I’ve waited 25 mins with my 2 kids I’ve been pleasantly patient and this other family of 3 comes in and waits for 5 mins and is served. By the time we were seated the other family already had their drinks and ordered their food. Long story short, the kids ate, I didn’t. I didn’t even want to stay but I didn’t want to ruin their day. I won’t be back.
