Sat at this restaurant for an hour. Took about 30 minutes to get our drinks. After an hour of waiting for our food we walked out. No one came to check on us and they weren’t busy. People who were seated like a half hour after us got their food after being seated for like 15 minutes. They definitely forgot we were there.We came at like 5:15 with two small children, weren’t offered high chairs had to ask ourselves. Very disappointed.

Our server was very attentive & the food runners were also quick serving the tables. The frozen margarita was excellent. However, the food is not the same. The chips were greasy as well as the quesadillas. They were out of the Big Mouth Bites. The service made up for the food.

It seems like every time I go to this chilis something goes wrong. I used to go to college out here and this was the closest chilis. I work at a chilis so I always like ordering food from here. My most recent trip I ordered a surf and turf and it came out with no shrimp. The order before that I ordered chips and queso and got no queso. On top of that when I brought this to the attention of management they promised gift cards as compensation through email which I never received. Long wait times for order corrections and other issues make me not want to go back here. Although this is realistically my only option for a chilis near my old school. It seems like the Togo section of the restaurant is lacking. It’s always something when I order Togo food. Very disappointed

My friends and I came here for dinner last night and waited 40 mins. We didn’t receive a text after waiting, so we went inside to check on any progress. When I asked how much longer the wait might be, the hostess said another hour. Almost 2 hours to wait at chilis is pretty absurd. It also didn’t make any sense that people who were waiting longer than us were also told another hour wait. The hostess told us “there’s a lot going on in the kitchen” which, maybe they’re understaffed, and I can understand that, but the attitude of the hostess wasn’t apologetic at all. We ended up going somewhere else. Maybe pay your employees more money so they care about the service they provide, or hire more people for weekends.

The hostess was visibly annoyed by this and said “it’s gonna be another hour”… I was confused and said that they told us it would be a half hour wait 45 minutes ago and her only response was “there’s a lot going on in the kitchen”. My group and I work in the service industry, we know that things happen and it can be crazy sometimes, however; the way she handled it was not okay. To just rudely say that there’s a lot going on instead of addressing all the people waiting and saying something along the lines of “we apologize we know you all have been waiting a long time unfortunately there’s an issue in the kitchen etc…” is crazy.

Great for a small birthday party. Our waitress was the hostess and the bartender but she was still attentive to us. We went on Wednesday at lunch and it wasn't crowded. Enjoyed some family time for a family birthday. Thank you Chili's for making our son's day special!
