The best fast food burger and the fries are to die for. Worth the 30 minute drive from Philly😊

Service & Atmosphere are good. It’s clean, love the pictures telling Freddy’s story. Cheese Curds & Key Lime Concrete are winners. Young lady doing shakes & DT, fantastic. Tots were gross & dark. The oil itself tasted decent, either time temperature abuse or they forgot them. Brisket Steakburger was flavorful but dry.

Freddy's has excellent customer service. App is easy to use. My order has always been correct. Love burgers and fries.

Little disappointed with our visit this time. We ordered 2 ice creams, milkshake, and a burger. Milkshake and burger was fine but the other two icecreams were missing items. Was not informed that they were out of something until after the ice cream was prepared. Just not really satisfied.

Visited Freddy's Steakburgers for the first time, very pleasant experience! Clean, friendly service, manager walked floor making sure every customers needs were met. Rather impressed and would highly recommend this location. Food options are classic and good comfort food fare; prepared well with lots of options.

For some reason, they can't make a proper soft serve cone. The last one I bought there was melting out of the cone. The time before that, it was so soft they had to give it to me in a cup. I won't be back unless they learn how to make their machine colder.

Maybe they had an off night or something was broken, I dont know. But, I waited 30 minutes for my food, when they did give it to me, it was the wrong order so I had to go inside where they made my real order from scratch. Food was still lackluster. Hope they turn this around

Terrible customer service. Been here twice and they were behind on my order both times. Poor up-keeping of dining areas, especially the floors. Missed my order both times that I was there and refused to issue refund. Worst experience I have had at a Freddie’s. I will not be returning and would not recommend this location to anyone.

That place is not clear. The bathroom was very dirty. There was no toilet paper.
