Every-time I order online through ubereats or DoorDash they always forget to add something in the bag. I literally order two kids meal and two 2pc kfc deals and they brought me one 2pc kfc meal deal that’s literally a hold combo missing , and instead of telling people food is not available they send the orders out and customers like me have to deal with DoorDash or Uber eats and fight just to get our money back when the store mess up. At this point the only way to make sure they make the order is right is to drive there out there myself I’m so tired of them always messing up. ********UPDATE******* I went to the drive thru on 11/4/24 and thanks to Matiesha for her outstanding customer service! She literally changed my entire opinion about this location, and the food was completely fresh. I had so many bad delivery experiences and this one contact with Matiesha was so nice and pleasant . I am changing my review from the one star lol.

Typically don't have everything to choose from. Make you pull around and wait even when no one is behind you in the drive thru. Even been told they are not open for 20 mins in the middle of the day even when they are due to shortage of staff.

8/13/24. I bought a 8 piece special for my sister, which she loved. I bought myself the chicken sandwich & it was over cooked, tasted burn with old grease. Just nasty. I threw that mess away. At least my sister enjoyed her chicken.
Cool so it's 11:33am on July 13th. I literally JUST left the KFC/Taco Bell. I usually go at night with my husband bc we love the lady who is usually there however the morning shift people are different from the night shift COMPLETELY. I went there with intentions of getting the build your own craving box and the drive thru person said they don't have it. I said okay let me look for something else. In the meantime my husband ordered a two piece meal and got a drink. I was still trying to figure out what I wanted. The drive thru person on the speaker says "I'm not trying to be rude or disrespectful but we're on a timer so you know what you want?" Mind you I work at another fast food place I'm aware of the timers for drive thru but you just told me you don't have what I wanted so I have to have time to order. I then decide to go with the crunch wrap supreme. We come around to the window and he gives us our total I say to the drive thru person the number 4 right ? He says you wanted the meal? I said yes please he sighed and then inserted the meal I asked for a raspberry tea with no ice for the drink he says okay and we park for them to bring it out. My husbands chicken was fine and correct. However his fries were cold, old and greasy and my crunch wrap was thrown together with black marks on it from an unclean grill and falling apart in the bag. I usually go there and always have exceptional service but this morning I was beyond disappointed.

Me and my husband hadn't had KFC in a couple years due to closings of local KFC's near us. We were visiting our daughter who lives near this location and decided to go here. The store was clean, the service was good and the employees were nice and very helpful. We enjoyed our experience and will definitely return.
