Absolutely the worst fast food experience of my life. I arrived at 6:40, entered the restaurant to find pure chaos: 15 customers standing around griping about the wait for their food, no one taking orders at the register, and DoorDash and UnerEats drivers frantically trying to contact their customers saying food is unavailable, requesting substitutions. I should have left at that point but didn’t. Instead I ordered and paid on the app and got an estimated ready time of 6:46 to 6:56. I stood inside throughout that window of time and never saw a single order completed for any of those waiting before me. At 6:56 my app notified me that my order was ready for pickup. Still no one at the register or in the front of the restaurant at all. I finally flagged down one of the food preparers to ask about my order”ready” order and was told that it was not ready and in fact of the four things I ordered, two (pot pie and potato wedges) were not available at all that evening and the other two (chicken) were backed up at least an hour with all the people standing around ahead of me waiting for chicken. I asked to cancel the order but they will not do that at the restaurant. The app has no cancel option although the chat function says that it does. The chat function also has no agents available to chat ever. Rather than wait longer than another hour I left with no food and there still is no way to get a refund. Absolutely will never visit this KFC EVER AGAIN.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! They would not remake my food after a door dasher picked up my food that I paid for and stole it for themselves. kFC kept canceling my order because they clearly didn’t feel like remaking it. Absolutely ridiculous worst customer service ever
There customer service no good 12.95 for a meal that Popeyes give u two toppings they only give u one .chicken not even well done

Legit waited 25 mins in drive thru. Gave them my small order. Told them specifically no pickles cause I’m allergic to it & I get my food after another 5-10 mins of waiting & it still had pickles I go inside tell them about it & they looked at me like I was crazy. Never again this is the worst kfc I’ve ever been to in my life.

Our meal was horrible. Not only was the chicken so dry it sucked. The mac and cheese was horrible, even the biscuit was horrible. Won't be going there again. Popeyes is right up the street. Gross food when's the last time they change their oil. Tastes like crap
