This McDonalds is very clean and the food is great. However the service is terrible. I did not receive my drinks. Then when I asked the lady behind the counter put her fingers into the cups as she was handing them to me. When they brought the food, the guy literally threw it on the table. This was 1pm on a Wednesday afternoon. Never coming back.

This place blows. I’ve ordered here on my own (if they hadn’t closed early), and the service is always sub par. My company placed a catering order today, and when I got there I told the cashier I am picking up a large order and told him who it was for. He said okay. After 10 minutes, I asked very politely when it would be finished. He said, “we’re waiting on the fries.” So, after another 25 minutes go by, I ask very politely again when my order will be ready. This is when he asked what the order looked like on my phone. I told him it was called in to a manager and told him the exact contents of the order. He said, “okay we’ll start working on that now.” At this point I was very frustrated and asked him why he hadn’t said anything to me. He said, “we weren’t sure what you were talking about.” This was 40 minutes later. An hour has passed and I’m still here.

I don't usually write bad reviews. I understand everyone has a bad day, or even a few. But I'm so tired of consistently missing items from my order or my order being wrong. Every single time. The staff is always rude to me, when I'm friendly with them. They don't care about how they run this store. I get that maybe they don't want a job at McDonald's, but acting this way isn't going to improve their jobs/careers.

I ordered on 6/28/25 at about 11:30 pm EST. using a coupon from the App and Michael was the staff who handled my orders. He was confused, agitated and rude. He gave me different orders and overpriced me. Even when I gave him the coupon code, Michael still gave me something different. The worst thing that happened was that he failed to give me my McFlurry and I forgot to ask for it because I thought it was in the bag. However, I went back and my daughter picked up the McFlurry from another staff because Michael was cussing with another customer who couldn’t get his order. I think this McDonald should close because of poor service and arrogant staff.

I was driving in the area and decided to stop an try the Mcchicken strips. I want to say I hated them what made me hate them even more was that they had no taste, was not fully cooked, warm and just a hard no for me. The fries however were amazingly hot and fresh. It was late but no excuse for lazy food.

This is the WORST McDonald's in the world. Every time I order from here, they forget half of my order, and refuse to refund me my money back for the missing food. So this place is committing theft crimes. On top of that, this specific location is in violation of U.S. Food Health and Safety laws, more specifically the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), as they do not regularly clean/inspect their cooking equipment, which is illegal in the restaurant business. It's so bad that one time there was literal mold in my vanilla milkshake due to the ice cream machine likely not being cleaned. I will be filing multiple lawsuits and I will NOT stop until this location is shut down!!!

Ordered curbside, long line in the drive thru so I expected to have to wait a little. Received the message they were on their way. 5 mins went, Drive thru was now empty. Still no one. Walked in and my food was sitting on the counter already cold.

Terrible customer service if I could give 0 stars I would . You wait for 10 minutes at the cash register or drive through screen all for some cold fries and food .

Employees were very rude, on their phone, not paying attention. Taking forever for the food. Would not give a receipt, and try to say I didn’t get a meal and try not to give me a cup for my drink.
