Wow! Was looking for a good soul food place and IT WAS FOUND!! The wait was as expected due to I didn’t call it in…. But was worth the wait! Chicken was done to perfection, sides were delicious, not to mention the shrimps were a nice size and well seasoned!!! ( shrimps didn’t make it to the house my 5 yr old said they were the best she devoured them) ! Will definitely be a regular ?

I found this place while delivering for Uber Eats this past summer and had to try the food and today was the day!! :)I got the Family Meal of 3 of the 12 wings, 2 large sides and 3 cornbread.The meal can feed a family of 5 that is how big the portions were in this meal deal.Definitely worth the price!!The Chicken Wings were beautifully seasoned, the Cornbread was sooo Delicious and moist, the Mac & Cheese, Greens and Yams were also very good!My 13 year old son said the food was definitely made with soul and said it felt like Thanksgiving dinner. :)Talked with John while Chris prepared my food and had a very pleasant conversation with him.Chris was very helpful with explaining the menu options and was very sweet.Thank you for making my non cooking night meal so enjoyable!! :)

Well… we finally found a good soul food place and it was good. As soon as we walked in the restaurant, we felt the love and smelled the love from the kitchen. We didn’t mind the wait because the food was being freshly prepared. The owners and John are server waited on us making sure we were satisfied. Matter of fact, they were preparing to closed, and they made us fresh home/ made tea and cooked up some special delights. We had an opportunity to talk to the owners and they are very nice. Everything on the meal was delicious. The Turkey wings were falling off the Bohr and seasoned just right and the fried chicken and fried fish was crispy and golden brown. Nothing was over-seasoned. Oh and the side, were goooooood. I am definitely going back and highly recommend this restaurant
