Every time I go here they always flatten my pizza crust. I asked for original crust pizza. Which is fairly thick not thin. And they always give me thin crust. Will the entire Pizza is thin. Am I toppings are always hard like my bacon.

Tried to use a $25 Papa John’s e-gift card purchased from Costco. The Brookhaven location is listed as a participating restaurant. Ordered the food online (can’t use the e gift card online- doesn’t make sense). Went to pay in store with the printed e gift card and the worker didn’t know how to redeem it, nor did the manager who yelled at me several times “online only”. It doesn’t work online. So I had to pay at the store and could not use the gift card. I complained to the corporate number and they opened a case then closed it a few days later marked as store manager resolved issue. No contact was made with me. So I opened another complaint and they closed it again as resolved - no contact with me. The only way to use the e-gift card is to call their number(which is a call center overseas) and place an order over the phone to redeem 1 $25 gc at a time. I also heard rosters and other farm animal noises while ordering over the phone. Never again.

This location was so unorganized. I wanted curbside. No one brought me my food, I had to go get it. I paid for stuffed crust and it wasn’t. When I tried to call and complain no one answered the phone.

I Ordered a Pizza from here came in noon to pick it up. The worker said all the orders are being canceled. He because the ovens are heating up now. The store was opened for hour by then. Besides that is lunch anyway they should have been ready to go by that time. I’m never going to this pizza place
Pretty much your order will be screwed up. Even if they are suppose to follow exactly what your online order says.While they did correct my order and made me another pizza, everyone who came in for pick up experienced some error

The worst Papa John’s ever, while the pizza was good the boneless wings were chicken nuggets with sauce drizzled on them. I called to complain spoke with Manager who do nothing but repeat my order back to me, not addressing my complaint of receiving chicken nuggets drizzled in sauce as oppose to boneless wings. File a complaint with Corporate over a week ago and to date I have not received a callback.

This papa John's has always treated me right, customer service is good and the food that they make is top quality. There was an incident I experienced from a secondary delivery service where the driver ran away with my order... I called in the same night and they gave me a fresh order free of charge and refunded my payment. In all other cases delivery drivers from Papa John's have been polite and professional. 5 stars in my opinion who could ask for more? I cant speak for other reviews but I've hardly ever had trouble with these folks in the past and I order fairly often.
