Went through the drive thru. Was not given my receipt, only to realize that part of my order was not in the bag once I got home. So I had no proof of what I paid for.

Waited over 30 minutes for an order one night, and didn’t receive all of my items. Another night I came and it wouldn’t let me order an hour before closing

Ordered several combo' after they bagged my chicken, I was informed that there's a 6 minute wait on Mac and Cheese. To add insult to injury , I was told another 8 minutes on my chicken sandwich. They didn't have the courtesy of giving me fresh warm chicken

Standard fare. They forgot to give me the biscuits. I had to call and come back to pick them up. Good thing I only live 2 miles away.

Save you time and money. We didn't listen to the reviews. Tonight was our first and last time we will go to Popeyes. Terrible service, we were given the wrong food, had to back up tree times waited 20 min in line...we were the only customer food was Terrible. Food made us feel sick. If I could get my money back I wood try, but who cares at this place just stay away

Genuinely save yourself the time, money, and overall headache and just drive the extra 9 mins to the Aston location. I had high hopes for this place since it was built brand new and I’ve had the worst experiences all 3 times I’ve tried to give it a chance. Placed an order for pickup? Prepare to still sit in your car for 40 minutes while they make your order. Ordered through the drive thru? Prepare for them to tell you to “pull forward and we’ll bring it out” just to sit there for 30 minutes while your order sits on the counter getting cold, and you still have to go in and get it. Went inside and placed the order in person? Be prepared for them to give you entirely the wrong order and act confused when you come back as if your correct order isn’t right there on the receipt. I never thought I’d be that person, but if I could give this place 0 stars I would!!!

Went through drive-through. Had to wait for the strawberry biscuit to be done. They are so good. The chicken sandwich is also excellent.

I personally haven’t been here but my mother was adamant I post how well she was treated by the manager Emmanuel. He went above and beyond to fix a order she had placed a day prior. Sometimes it’s hard to find people who take pride in their jobs so thank you Emmanuel for making my mother happy!(She was so happy with the customer service she is telling everyone!)

CFA > Popeyes but they got a good sandwich here. Both are good. It's a personal preference.

So, I ordered thru their website & apparently they use DoorDash to deliver, AND they gave the driver a hard time, so that made my food late. PAID FOR a Large Cole Slaw got a half filled container. REALLY? WHY do you feel the need to short the people that PAY you to do 1 job ?? SERVE FOOD AND GIVE US WHAT WE PAID FOR.

2nd time here and both times service was terrible. Stood at register 10 mins while someone figured out who should be at the register. Girl was very friendly, but hard to understand.
