Went in mid-afternoon, Dec 9, about 3.30, when there was no one in line at the counter, three people working behind the counter. After 5+ minutes of no service, not even a comment to say “we’ll be with you soon”, I asked someone if anyone was waiting on customers, and she said something with her back to me so I couldn’t get it. And then just kept doing stuff with appliances (not for drinks) and ignoring me.
Went back to the register, still no service. Said something to another employee who said “Sorry we’re kind of busy right now.” With still no one but me at the counter, lol. And wouldn’t take my order.
They did have several cars at a drive thru window. But if a restaurant can’t serve both their indoor customers and the cars, maybe they need to think twice about having a drive thru. Or close the doors and just be a drive thru? Or get another person to serve people in the restaurant? It was the “who cares” attitude, as much as the lack of service, that was off putting. Hadn’t been to a Starbucks in a while. Probably just as well.

This is a super busy location. Good service, but expecting a long wait. Order ahead if you don’t want to wait.
They have all the standard drinks , food and merch that Starbucks offers.

Inside: Open space with adequate seatings.

I cannot comment on the cleanliness of this location given the crowd I ran into and did not get a good chance to take a look at the cleanliness of this place.

But I did observe two spillage while I was waiting for my drinks . One was a spill of a milky drink all over the pick up counter, shortly after someone spilled entire container of Matcha powder on the floor.

2 restroom stalls on site, which is convenient.

So I went and ordered a gingerbread oat milk chai tea latte with sugar cookie cold foam and they game me the wrong size than told me how they put ginger bread syrup in the cold foam and it was just normal chai and how it was a confusing order and they didn’t even offer to remake it or fix it

I went through the drive thru at this location. Typically go elsewhere but I was in the area. I’ve noticed that certain locations only fill the cups up a little more than halfway. Did I miss something? Why not fill almost to the brim for an almost $8 drink?

Update: been going back a bit recently. Got a black hair in my coffee this morning. This is not a good Starbucks.

Used to be open at 5, then 530, now 6am. The coffee was cold half the time that early, but at least they were open. Also, no change of hours was advertised, just show up and talk to the lighted drive through board like an idiot. Considering there were people behind me, I wasn't the only one not to know.

Somebody took my drink, told me that it was sitting there for too long and they had to dump it, even though they didn't even ask me for the name for the order. I come here every single week and they said they were short on a machine so it will be slow. I am not coming to this location again.

A very terrible latte. Practically a cup of milk. Gross I’m extremely disappointed. Was a standard build drink too. Get it together

I visit this location everyday. Everytime I come in I am met with fast, quick service. I went in today and the young man key took my order. I didn’t even have to say my order because he told me my entire order before I could even say what I was ordering. The fact that this young man knew my order and has only waited on me maybe twice made my day. Key is always upbeat, smiling, laughing, singing, and just a happy friendly young man all the way around. Anytime I’ve been in this location he has always provided nothing short of outstanding customer service. This location is one of my favorites. Please let key know that he is an excellent customer service representative. The vibe he gives off just puts me in a better mood. Thank you key for all the little things you do like remembering someone’s order! It really means a lot. Every staff member here has great customer service.
