The slowest Wendy’s ever. (I’m writing this as I sit waiting in the drive thru) I keep telling myself to stop coming to this location but it’s so close to my house. I pulled up today since I only seen two car ahead of my one at the pay window and one placing an order and I still been here for over 10 mins. Like how? This is the slowest fast food ever. Who is the GM.

Horrible service. Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever encountered. Constantly messing up the orders. Gave my pick up order away to other people and then claim maybe I ordered from the wrong location when I literally have proof in the app that it was picked up before I even got to the location. Do not come here.

If you go in and order you will wait longer than an 8 car line outside. Only one person ahead of me in the restaurant and they had already ordered, I ordered and they took 30 minutes to get my $5 biggie bag, the poor girl at the register was taking orders, filling orders, helping the drive through person, doing fries while 6 other employees milling about and happy in their phones. Yeah just don't bother with this place. Also thought I would forever be glued to the nasty sick floors. They don't bother with the customers in line or the drive through, mobile order pickup d bags jump in line and get taken care of even if you have been waiting in store. This store is now as bad as the boothwyn store. Best to go to Wawa, place your order and have it in about 5 minutes

I went through the drive-thru, waited for 20 minutes for the vehicle in front of me to get served. Finally I went inside to try to pick up my order that way and was ignored by the staff, so I left. Never paid, never got my food, just wasted 25 minutes of my time.

It’s funny how someone I was with was ordering a 4 for 4 and they were told they don’t have them….but they still were selling all the items that consist of it.
Took forever to get food and seems like the headset was bad so had to repeat the order over and over and over
