Food is usually good, but they are so slow it’s not worth it if you’re on a time crunch. Even with ordering online I’ve still waited 20 minutes in the DT. But they are always super nice.

This location in Brookville off of I-80 might not get the traffic like other Arby's chains, which would account for why I have never received an order at the window. I seemingly wait 5-10 minutes for FASTFOOD while gas is not free, you will always get a sorry for the wait with your order.
Not sure if its because they dont get the traffic so they dont prep alot of food but it is usually hot and thats why I return.
Overall its average at best, I would hate to put in a big order here... you might need to plan an overnight stay.

Food is pretty good, but i have also stopped here on multiple occasions to get my hubby food and take it to him and i would ask for sauce on the side and it was never placed in the bag. I had to park and go inside and wait 5 more minutes to get the sauce that i asked for at the drive thru window and at the speaker.

Nobody and whatever
So my hubby and I really love Arby's. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich, and it was 🔥. However, my husband got the Angus cheese steak, and it was not good. He was very disappointed. This is NOT this restaurant's fault, so I am sticking with my rating. However, Arby's should either take this sub off the menu or re-evaluate how it's made. The young man working the register was very patient with the two elderly men who took some time to order. The prices are a little more than your typical fast food, but it is always worth it.

Waited 10 minutes for old pulled pork sandwiches and curly fries and cheesesauce. To get cold fries and cold cheese. If it takes 10 minutes drop fresh fries that only takes 3 minutes to cook. And give us paying customers hot good food not cold gross food.
Could do a better job on keeping the place cleaner. Tables dirty floors where filthy pop counter with filthy and sticky

Recently got the chicken tenders. I always liked them and it had been a while since I had them and I was looking forward to them. What a disappointment. They were so dry and overcooked, and there was so much breading. The honey mustard did little to make it better. French dips are usually my go to these days, and I am so disappointed that I did not get one that day instead of the chicken.
