Stopped for a quick meal on Friday night at 915pm. Walked in. Could not get service. Seriously poor service. No one would take an order. All the staff would do was drive through. They had hung signs on both counter order entry registers: "out of service, maintenance". The signs were HAND printed and taped on. I left without ordering. Will not be spending money at that location ever again. Won't go out of my way for Burger King for some time.

Great service, man at drive thru was very nice. Late at night so had to wait for cooking, which is fine. I'd rather wait and have hot fresh food.

Doesnt matter if their busy or knowone is there they are slower than crap!! I go for breakfast multiple times a week and my average wait is 5-10 mins. For FAST food!! Occasionally will get "sorry for the wait" but there's times iv waited 15 mins and don't get anything.

If I could give them no stars, I would. First and foremost the cook is in the kitchen on his cellphone while the alarms on the fryers are going crazy. The manager is in the back with the new employee while we just stand at the counter waiting to order. The manager walks up and does not acknowledge any customers at all then walk away and goes to the drive thru. After standing here for 10 minutes and multiple customers leaving I asked the other cashier if someone was going to take our order or even acknowledge that we were here. The manager said with an attitude, “Can you give us a minute, somebody coming.” The customer service here is beyond horrible and the turnover rate is ridiculously through the roof but it just keeps getting worse and worse. I guess they feel because this is the only fast food restaurant in Havana, so it’s deal with it or five 30 minutes to Tallahassee to get food. Something really needs to b done about this location.

Kitchen seems like average cleaning is done as viewed from a distance. Love burger king but it's always a risk.

Would not recommend. Specially asked for a plain bacon cheeseburger, and instead got a double cheeseburger with no bacon and condiments on it. Order the meal deal, and onion rings.. got less onion rings than ordered.. same size as the value fries with meal.

Would have given negative stars if I could. Gross! I should have known walking in, but we were hungry and thought it couldn't be that bad. WRONG! My chicken sandwich was so greasy that the first bite shot hot grease down my throat, and the second bite gave me slimy lettuce. Literally, old, slimy lettuce. The only decent thing I got was the zero calorie lemonade that came out of a pretty dirty dispenser.

9:30 at night only a cook and register/bagger on duty… those two were working hard and got the food out fresh fast and orderly… Bravo to these two guys
Why does Burger King always have that weird fakey taste? It's on everything. Burgers, fries, breakfast sandwiches, everything. Though it's what I bargained for when I went in so it's not a complaint about this specific Burger King.

This is a filthy nasty Burger King. I walked out without even getting my food. I ordered it. I paid for it but I walked out after I saw the guy working at the counter touching his nose and then he goes to the shelf where the burgers are and he's coughing right there all over the area where the food is placed. This was disgusting. I could not stand it any longer. I walked out of the place. Will not return.

Any time you go through the drive thru they make you pull around to wait for your order, no matter how big or small your order is or if the line is busy or not. I think they do it to reduce their drive thru "timer".
