Most fast food places these days are staffed with lazy rude employees, slow service, and cold food, I just stopped in for a quick bite to eat then get back on the road expecting the same outcome but this place was different. The employees were kind and friendly, the service was quick, and the food was hot and fresh. Would recommend this particular Burger King.

We usually love Burger King during our travels but this one was not it. The staff at the counter was rude. I get having a bad day but you don't take it out on customers who don't deserve the hostility. The food mid def not the usual standard.

Went in to pick up a dash order, employees were arguing with each other and blaming each other. Asked about the order, and was told to go through the drive-thru. Waited in the Drive-Thru with no response from speaker for 12 minutes then pulled up to the window. Was then told by the rude older gentleman that the order was already picked up. Love Burger King food, but you guys really need to get some good employees at your Brookville location.

Went through the drive through today around 3 and met the nicest worker. Her name was Aubree. She treated me and my family like royalty 🤴 Served with a smile and my order was perfect. Shoutout to this team!

Stopped for a quick meal on Friday night at 915pm. Walked in. Could not get service. Seriously poor service. No one would take an order. All the staff would do was drive through. They had hung signs on both counter order entry registers: "out of service, maintenance". The signs were HAND printed and taped on. I left without ordering. Will not be spending money at that location ever again. Won't go out of my way for Burger King for some time.

Great service, man at drive thru was very nice. Late at night so had to wait for cooking, which is fine. I'd rather wait and have hot fresh food.

Doesnt matter if their busy or knowone is there they are slower than crap!! I go for breakfast multiple times a week and my average wait is 5-10 mins. For FAST food!! Occasionally will get "sorry for the wait" but there's times iv waited 15 mins and don't get anything.
