I stopped there about a week ago and the food was great everything was prepared nice everything was fresh and the employees were very nice. Definitely one of the restaurants that actually train their employees properly it's nice to see.

Every time I order from here, the blizzards NEVER have toppings throughout the entire thing. They only sprinkle them on the top to look good and you're left with a cup of plain ice cream. I've tried asking them to blend it thoroughly or even add extra toppings. You better believe they will charge you for those extra nonexistent toppings too. I've tried to give them a chance and I'm pretty doubtful a review will resolve it. Instead, GO TO BUFFS DOWN THE STREET!!!

Wish I could have reviewed the food but after 45 minutes I never received my food, they couldn't find my order so we left. I ordered a cheeseburger and a flame thrower to eat in. Three other couples came in ahead of us and got their food. After 30 minutes my husband told the manager we didn't get our food yet. He never looked into it. Everyone around us was complaining their order was messed up. After 45 minutes we asked for a refund, the manager couldn't find our order and blamed the workers. He ended up just taking the cash out of the drawer and handed it to us because he said he didn't know how to do a refund. It was strange because I saw him take cash out of the drawer to refund other customers as well.
Very disappointing. Will not be back.

guy was nice but the entire order had something wrong on each thing. Made us wait 20 minutes, put no ice in the drink, didn't give us some of it and the rest was either missing stuff or had extra on it. overall disappointed.

I've stopped here several times now and have never left disappointed. The service is great and the restaurant is clean. If you're looking to make a quick stop as you go across 80, this Dairy Queen is a great option.
The worker Kegan went out of his way to make sure I walked out with a box of đ Dilly Bars. He was very busy, friendly & polite. He was stocking the fridge on my way out.

This place is a joke! Twice we stopped here! One car in the parking lot, no one at the gas pump or in the store and we attempted to order at the drive thru. After sitting there several minutes I said, âhello, is anyone there?â And a male responded , â please hold for a momentâ! I wish I had thought to time it, but after a really long time I just left. As we drove out of the parking lot, there was one car at the drive thru and at least 2 employees inside, one appeared to be sweeping. This isnât baseball! There wonât be third time. First time the place closed15 minutes before the advertised time! Donât waste your time!

We were here at 9:30 pm and the gate between the stores were was down so we tried the drive thru but the light were turned off at the menu so I looked it up on Google and it said they were open till 10pm. I called and was informed they were closing early because they had been âsuper busyâ. WTH?!? Oh well, didnât really need that ultra processed fake crap anyway!
Update stopped AGAIN! I guess we donât learn from our past mistakes! This time we spent an extraordinary amount of time at the drive thur ordering menu and finally my husband said, âhello is anyone there?â Some one responded please wait a moment.â Which we did! More waiting⊠as we were leaving w/o being waited on there was one car at the window, 2 visible employees, one appeared to be sweeping, and literally one else around! Not in the store. Not at the pumps, no other cars in the entire lot! After reading the reviews on how screwed up the orders were and how bad the food was I guess we are lucky we didnât waste any money.
