Several times when I have called to make a order if I get a young guy there's always attitude! They answer the phone with attitude and make you think you're bothering them, just called now and once again a young guy he didn't even say foxs he answered quickly like he wants nothing to do with taking a order, I asked are there any specials you're having today he said ya just the coupons all quickly. I've talked to the managers about this and she said that it won't happen any more and obviously they don't care who answers how they represent them. There also is a huge difference in if you get food during the day or the evening the kids throw it together quickly and it's sloppy and scarase vrs if you're ordering during the day when there's adults with structure!

The order I placed was for a wedgie sandwich, a club as they call it. It came to me hot , 3 weeks ago I ordered the same thing and it came to me cold which is what I thought I was getting again tonight , a cold sandwich, so when I called and spoke to the Manager, she told me they do not come cold unless I order it that way, ok so why three weeks ago did it come cold and I never asked it to be anyway simply because I did not know I was supposed to specify if I wanted it cold. To spend this amount of money and they cannot even make it right with a customer, this is poor management and have lost a customer. Never again Fox’s. You have lost my business.

Treats people like garbage!!! Walked in on the owner screaming at one of the employees and completely verbally abusing this young lady. I witnessed her talking bad on the employee in the kitchen and then she went in the back and I could hear her screaming at the young lady in the back. Completely uncalled for. Went in another time and I witnessed the manager screaming at another young lady over a check? These people are abusive to staff and customers. This place has the worst adults. They all act like they are children in college still. And some of the managers give their kids and their kids friends free food. This place has no class and is just disrespectful to people. If you are an adult who isn't in college or "popular " or known around clarion/Brookville don't even bother trying to get a job here.
