Was told that they could do curbside assistance because I couldn't wear a mask because of a medical condition. The "Guard" at the front told us to wait there and he would be back the lady walked up to us mind you NOT staying 6 feet away from me and my 6 month old who was in a stroller and told me about the curbside so we just left.

I was refused entry for not wearing a mask. I told them I had a medical condition and could not wear one. That is a violation and against the HIPPA Law. I will seek further inquest into this matter. You can not refuse service for this reason.

Brookville Giant Eagle just lost 2 more customers. My husband Mark went to pick up his heart medicine at the pharmacy. He didn't have his mask with him. As he entered the store he was told he couldn't enter without a mask. He said he forgot it. He was told to leave. employee's not nice. Guard at the door is mean and doesn't know anything about people that wear oxygen or have asthma. No mask for these people as they can't breath. I don't see why they think they can dictate. I personally go to all the stores and don't wear a mask and no one attacks me like they do at this store in bville.
If you don;t have a giant eagle in your zip code you don;t get weekly flyers. even if you have 2 stores in a 15 mile radius

I went in on a Sunday to get my weekly groceries. They had one gentleman working the entire deli and bakery by himself. There was at least 3 people in line at all times that I was there. And because he was by himself, service was extremely slow moving. There were a couple of other employees that walked by, clearly seeing the line of people building up, and not one stopped to help or call for help for the deli. Horrible job
