They need pour spouts on the bottles. Their mixed drinks have no consistency from one to the next. Bartenders pour directly from open bottles into the glass with no sputs The Bartenders also are amateurs. That's okay. But, they don't know know how to make quite a few drinks. With a little training and pour spouts this place would have great quality mixed drinks.

Wonderful establishment and owner! Time is easily spent at the Hourglass, in a laid-back atmosphere, with friends and a simple menu hiding marvelous fare. The sun shining, we sat on the deck out back near a wood line.
I had the Chicken Philly and a side of lightly battered fries, a marvel of seasoned grilled magnificence, loaded with an abundance of fresh chicken, blended with perfect amounts of bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, and cheese, of your choosing, all cradled end to end within a bun even my father would have approved of, more than worthy of its well crafted contents.
It'll spread your elbows wide and you'll find your eyes casting about wildly, protecting your feast.
The fries, well, they are 99% potatoes and 1% magic coating. Trust me, just get em!

We stopped here on our ride from Detroit to NJ and man we were happy did. Great bartender, delicious food. Best onion rings. Highly recommended.
Nothing fancy but good food and service. Just remember, you must be over 21 to go in since you can smoke, but the filtering is good it wasn't a haze of smoke onside.
