At a minimum I have waited 10 minutes multiple times going inside for food. I'm talking a couple McChickens and a 10 piece. Crazy!

I frequent this location about once a month while traveling. I always use the drive-thru. My food order is always correct. I want to point out that this location has the friendliest young people working the drive -thru. While I find that McDonalds has friendly workers in general, this location is top notch for big smiles, clear communication and happy greetings. They make my day better!

Rude manager. Gave me attitude when I ordered online and paid and stopped at the speaker to confirm my order. Told me she never received my order but my PayPal was charged and she conveniently knew my order number. 0/10

Okay so the wait was looong (but it’s a Saturday night and fast food places are notoriously short staffed)…and my fries were meh BUT the staff at the windows was super nice and trying to be really chipper in the midst of chaos. So hats off to you

Stopped at Brookville McDonald's after we bought our food was told we can't park our rv in their parking lot won't be going to McDonald's anytime soon

Pet peeve is when you are told there is ketchup on your bag and you drive away and it isnt true. Happened here May 19 2025 1140ish drive thru. Went back inside for some. Other than that its fine.

I stopped by the brookville pa store this morning and your staff over delivered on the service!!!! I’m an over the road truck driver and I stopped in to get breakfast the first person that hit me with all there energy was Laurin she was smoother than the sauce that’s on the breakfast bagels 🥯. She kept me smiling 🙂 Mrs Tori rang me up and we spoke about classic McDonald’s toys she was very warm Sammie made sure he made me fresh round eggs as I requested 😌 and I had napkins and everything to eat my food travels across America you don’t get that at most restaurants something is always missing but not today. Please don’t let this store go unnoticed they checked every box for me as far as service and just human kindness. I would like to recommend a pay increase or some of cash based incentive because they nailed it thank you guys until next time. I'll definitely be back ( In my terminator voice )

They missed 2 items of our order, when requested them for the missing items, workers stood around chatting and ignored me. They only responded after I requested it again loudly. The workers and manager need to be reminded or retrained on customer service.
