This is truly sad to say how people rave about a place and you try it yourself. Well I was so disappointed the cost I ridiculous for such poor food, I order's a platter of bacon. Eggs and grit. I was told grits don’t come with that is only a side and the bacon is a side as well only thing that come together is eggs potatoes and toast. And no butter for the toast no utensils, and then said oh yeah and there’s an extra charge for pick up. Like never again. Over all the food and service sucked.

Six of is came for lunch. None of us got our food at the same time. One person ordered a pulled pork sandwich and got pork and potatoes. My mother asked for a chicken cheese steak and the waitress didn't even know what it was. Three ordered turkey bacon club, bread was soggy and one had the core of the lettuce. Everyone was finished when the last person got his meatloaf!! Added the bill after we left and they didn't even add it correctly, overcharged $30.00, then I had to ask twice for my change. (70.00). Never eat there again?

Parking: Parking was fine to bad service wasn't better!

!!! Please do not go here !!!!
We are trying to decide how to call the health inspector. There was mold, not just a little, CHUNKS of mold floating in the pitcher of yellow water and frozen in the ice. Then there were 2 rats dead in the bathroom. We were a big party of 12-15 and immediately called our family to meet elsewhere.
The staff seemed so friendly and kind, but if the drinks looked like that, we didn't want to chance it with the kitchen.

Food quality was very good and our ribs were very tender & yummy! Our waiter, Rich, made it an enjoyable experience.

Doesn't seem like these folks are happy. Over priced yet the food is good.

Parking: Nobody really comes anymore so parking is plentiful.

The staff were friendly, but not as presentable for an eatery as they should be. They didn't look "crisp" or "appropriate" to be around food preparation or service. This place really needs to be shut down by the township/county until they completely renovate... It's dark, dingy, smelly; windows, floors, tables are dirty... Unbelievable and the food is not suitable for serving to the public... Could not finish eating anything because of a strange, repulsive smell...Code enforcement and the Commonwealth of PA have an obligation to the public to close this place... It's located in a pretty nice community. How can they be allowed to operate on West Chester Pike is beyond me ... It was the worst eating place in every sense of the word... I have never seen a restaurant/diner able to operate in a thriving community, below the minimum standards. Minellas in Wayne is an example of a Good Diner.. Country Squire has great potential, in a great location, and a good size to do creative things, however, it needs a complete overall, ASAP!

Time to sell this place to people who care, it's a shame really

the service wasn’t good, one guy basically running the whole place. very rushed and not polite at all, it also smelled weird in there. the food itself was fine nothing special. the bathroom was dirty and there was no toilet paper, paper towels, hand dryer, anything in it really.

The french fries were amazing and crunchy, and the gravy was awesome. The only thing bad about the whole experience was paying almost $25 for a cheeseburger bacon french fries and a soda. That is ridiculous and will never go back. Never asked if I wanted a refill on the soda. I had to ask twice for my gravy. I could have gone to Texas Road house and paid less for a Rib eye.

Too Too bad… Diners seem to be disappearing from our American Landscape … drove half an hour because a friend said it was good. it was closed… but I discovered the McD’s across the street. A great place and I was reassured by seeing geezers drinking coffee. iIt was well run and squeaky clean.

My family showed up about 30 minutes before close yesterday (unbeknownst to us) and we never felt like me were rushed or like an inconvenience. We got our food just before 7 when I realized the restaurant was very quiet and empty. I went online to check their closing time and it showed they were closed.
I immediately asked for to-go boxes as we did not want to be an inconvenience. The whole staff was polite and told us to take our time but we insisted, as we know everyone wants to go home at the end of their shifts.
Even with getting our food at the tail end of their day, the food was amazing! Even the leftovers were something to write home about! We love diners and will definitely be back!

They took care of my guests special needs by modifying their entrees.
The food was perfect and balanced like I would do at home.

Vegetarian options: The server and chef made sure the selection met my guest's special needs and was very cordial and patient.

Dietary restrictions: Both chef and server took extra time to be all of my guests restrictions were addressed.

Parking: Plenty of off street parking.
