Broomall customer Service SUCKS!!! There were white clumps in the chocolate frosting and I asked one of the workers to remake the chocolate cupcake cookie. She told me that the entire batch of frosting was like that, I let her know it’s because they didn’t mix it well. I thought she was going to redo the cookie and instead I was waiting for nothing. I then asked for a manager and initially a refund because it was such a small ask. I ask the “manager” if what I was asking was for was unreasonable and he said no. He remade the cookie and I left. The clump was either powdered sugar, butter, or crisco. If it was mixed properly to begin with, there would NOT have been an issue. A white clump in chocolate frosting is not ok especially when a mini is $3+. Workers too busy socializing and not focused on quality products. They are ALWAYS gathered around talking to each other.

yummy cookies and very sweet and well mannered workers
I've had a couple of wow moments. The cornbread cookie is like "omg wow". The coconut cream pie is good also. But, mostly their cookies are mediocre tasting, and over priced, with wayyyy too much sugar and calories.
