Weâve come to this 5Guys for years but something has happened recently that has dropped their service. They short you on fries. Twice, Iâve ordered food from them and both times- they messed up the order. Ordered a peanut butter shake and they gave me a strawberry. Ordered a grilled cheese for my mom and they gave her a beef patty. Itâs like they donât care or worse, canât read. The floors are sticky, the counters arenât clean. Will be going to the 5Guys in Media from now on.

Haven't visited this location in a while. The last few times over the past few years wasn't what i expected and made me not return to this location. Honestly, I just randomly stopped in as I was in the area and was hopeful. When I got my food, it was what I remember five guys used to be, the flavor and quality I expected, and they made me a happy returning customer. I'm not sure if there is new management, new training, new staff. Either way, they provided good customer service and a great burger.

i order stuff on the phone and the the guy who take my order he told me we don't accept card we only accept cash so I make my order and I drive 15 minutes to get there and when I got there they some guy came out and told me I'm sorry we closed the cashier we can't accept any payment it was actually my first time want to try Five Guys but it seemed that I went to the wrong Location
Greasy fries. Stay away from veggie sandwich. Lettuce, tomato, fried onions and so many green peppers I had to scrape off. Friendly service.

Extremely POOR service !! Not first time there but definitely LAST !!!!! First of all I donât like the fact that I have to order 2 patties!!! Im not big person and if I order cheeseburgers ? I patty is what I can eat but now with five guys new policy order is automatically 2 patties being forced to order so they can make more money but not what costumers need and paying !!! WRONG. So today : large drink cheeseburger and hamburger was about $30. 00 Joke !! Service to was poor : 6 young black guys floating around not very busy ? when we order the meal didnât get cup for a drink . Need to go back to register and ask for and then guy with an attitude giving me even wrong ( smaller ) size for my drink . We DONE with Five guys and donât recommend them to anyone!!!!
