The employees have to go !!! The girl at the register who had glasses was very disrespectful. Asked me did I want the receipt and I said no and her reply was “ well you need it anyway” then what was the point of asking me.

We’ve come to this 5Guys for years but something has happened recently that has dropped their service. They short you on fries. Twice, I’ve ordered food from them and both times- they messed up the order. Ordered a peanut butter shake and they gave me a strawberry. Ordered a grilled cheese for my mom and they gave her a beef patty. It’s like they don’t care or worse, can’t read. The floors are sticky, the counters aren’t clean. Will be going to the 5Guys in Media from now on.
