Freddy's is excellent! Great menu, nice staff, very well trained and professional!!! I recommend eating here, Togo or drive thru! It's the best!

Food was great but ordered the Dr Pepper shake and Cold brew shake. They made these after our order and they just sat on the counter. All we got was a cup of ice cream that sucked. Didn't know if we were supposed to make it ourselves or not. Ended up pouring DP in it to make something, there was no coffee available for mine so i didnt try to make it.
Clerk mentioned when i picked it up because i or she didnt know which one was which, that they dont look like the picture wth. Well they sure dont taste like it either.

Besides that everything else was great.

Casual and local burger joint, with a relaxed and neighborhood feel. the french fries are amazing but the burgers left a little to be desired. overall nothing horrible or overwhelming fantastic. just a reasonable quick place for a lunch and/or dinner with the kids.

This means big, this is not cheating, the first time I bought a full box, this time only half a box, this company has started to cheat customers, I hope the head office can maintain the portion size of the food, teach each branch employee well, there should be a manager to manage the quality and portion size of the store, so disappointed, 🥵🥵🥵😱😱😱😢😢😣😓😓😥😰😨😱😱😱

This place is so good! Everything I’ve gotten has been delicious. My one and only complaint is that it could be a cleaner. Far too many customers come in for the dining room to be neglected. Having said that, Freddy’s has the best hotdogs, custard, and shoestring fries I’ve ever eaten. A location should be opened in Philly.

Ordered a soft serve ice cream cone and got ice cream soup. Instead of telling me the machine's not working and offering a different service, he proceeded to hand me it and pressed it down further. I was hungry at the moment and ate as much as I could. First and last visit. Definitely not as advertised. Also, I had to ask for a spoon because how else was I supposed to eat it.
