Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Me and my friend order burgers and we both got food poisoning from it.

Freddy's is great when it's assembled correctly by people who are paid enough to care. These people are clearly not paid enough to care. My jalapeno burger today had two, count 'em, TWO slices of jalapeno. They were together in the exact center of the burger. Maybe it was hard to dress the burger because of all the onions they forgot to put on...

The website is terrible also, 10+ seconds to click a button and it keeps harassing you to order more. If this wasn't demanded by the kids I wouldn't ever go.

Everytime I go to this location to pickup food delivery, they never greet anyone and pay attention if someone is waiting. My average time to wait is 15-30 minutes and that too I have to keep waiting. They don’t ask or make food unless you ask few times and always so rude. Same thing happened today I waited for 20 minutes and had to cancel my order because They kept wasting time. The workers are so unprofessional and do not care and even if the food is ready they don’t give it until the food is cold

Ordered a single burger and the original burger. The burgers were oversalted. The burgers were also extremely dry. No juiciness. Will not go back. They should take a lesson from Charlie's Hamburgers.

Once again the window service people at this Freddy’s location let us down by getting both our orders completely wrong. The car ahead of us sent their order back twice and kept the whole line waiting for close to fifteen minutes. What is going on back there?!?

First time I loved it, great milkshakes

Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich for take out & received a double end burger - No chicken w/ Cheese & pickles.

Super ridiculous & Very Rude female on drive thru Friday night 10:20pm. If your employees don’t want to work Until 10:30. You should close the window at 10 or replace the employees.

The food is so darn good! I love the burgers! It's a bit pricey, but I swear it's totally worth it every time! Too hectic and crowded for me to eat inside.

This place is great, better than McDonalds Wendys and BK combined. Freddys needs more locations. Smash burger and fries and onion rings were phenomenal. Service definitely could have been better but i was there more for the takeout/food.

The burger was delicious but the fries were only about half full and tasted like like they been under the fry lights for an hour. Also the milkshake was really melted and all the butterfinger crumbles were at the bottom instead of mixed in. But the burger was REALLY

I went here yesterday on Friday Sept 6th, I ordered cheese curds & a grilled cheese sandwich. The grilled cheese was not melted at all & I asked the cashier at the drive-thru to take it back and re-do it. She asked me to pull up and when she came out it was on a bun still not melted all orange cheap cheese was like they threw cheese on a bun and did not melt it. I told her I did not want it on a bun I would like the cheese melted into the bread!! How hard is it to make a grilled cheese sandwich nowadays?? She came back out a third time with the grilled cheese properly done!! The windows girl was nice and she knew they did not know how to make a grilled cheese for over $5.00 it should have been PERFECT.

This establishment has the tastiest food i’ve had in a while. The restaurant is extremely clean and appropriate. Everyone here is nice, but I would like to point out an employee by the name of Tamasen. She was very helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. Thanks Tamasen!

Mice alert!!!! Ok, so recently I went to Freddy’s and while my wife was in line, a mouse ran over her foot, and she screamed!! To make matters worse, she had on sandals, no socks, she seen the mouse and it ran towards the trash. None of the workers behind the counter came out to see what was wrong, or seemed to care, they had to hear her scream, all the customers turned and stared, because of her scream. Makes me think this is possibly the norm there. Yuck!!! Ps. If your going to go you might want to wear shoes.
