Months ago I would’ve given 5 stars. But the other day I went in for butter cake. Theirs had always been an A+. The last one I got had barely any topping making it pretty dry. Used to be my favorite place to go.

The themed birthday cake for a 90 th birthday party this past weekend was not only amazing but quite delicious! The cake artist certainly surprised me when I actually saw a golf cart on it, that made quite an impression with the guests. Thank you agin for delivering such a beautiful product!

Just wanted to leave a thank you review as you did the cupcakes and smash cake for my 1 yr olds baseball themed birthday party and everything was fantastic. Went here looking for a good cupcake which I have yet to find and came here there were two lady's up front both on the phone the first lady to my left was already on the phone the second one who didn't even look like she was on the phone just walked right past me didn't say high or anything just picked up the phone and started talking after a few minutes of looking the lady to the left got off the phone didn't say hi just ask me what I would like I told her I got a character cupcake and then went to the discount table and found a six pack of cupcakes for 1.50 now I know why I don't know anyone that would sell cupcakes that were so dry no flavor very old even for a 1.50 the big thing of icing that was on top wasn't even good the character cupcake was the same way dry no flavor way to much icing I didn't like that one either I won't be back I don't understand why u would sell cupcakes that were that bad

I can’t recommend Jacquette’s enough! I emailed the bakery a picture for a custom order cake. The staff member who assisted me went above and beyond to make sure it was exactly the way I wanted. The cake turned out beautifully and the taste was even better. Will definitely be back!

We purchased a key lime pie. It was not good AT ALL. The crust was tasteless, it was hard like cardboard. The pie itself was green neon goo, almost like pudding. It was not tart at all. I googled what a key lime pie was supposed to look like, and it is NOT supposed to even be green. I have no idea how a bakery could miss the mark so badly on a pie. We had to throw it out, what a waste of money.
The WORST experience EVER!!! Went to pick up a custom ordered cake for a Bridal Shower and was appalled when they showed me the cake. First it was not what I ordered, second the writing on the cake looked like a toddler wrote it. Then to add insult to injury the cake had what look like dirt or smudge marks in the center of the cake. The staff was BEYOND rude and unprofessional when questioned about the cake. Said it could be fixed BUT it would cost an additional $200.00, for a MISTAKE THEY MADE. I was embarrassed to even put the cake on the table, but had no choice but to take the cake and try to do damage control and fix it myself to make it look even a little bit presentable. The staff said that I should be more understanding and do better at supporting small business. I would have no problem doing it IF THEY stood behind their work and gave me the cake I ordered and paid for. They give small business a bad name and then try to hide behind it. They bring out the worst in people. With bad business and bad management. DO NOT EVER ORDER A CUSTOM CAKE FROM HERE. I can almost guarantee you will not get what you asked or paid for.

Placed cake order on Thursday was told it would be ready on Saturday, went back on Saturday to only be greeted by the most unprofessional & rude employees ever. I Was told they couldn't find our order & it's probably under a different name....After much attitude & explaining she finally went to look again. While the girl was looking for the cake the other employee was giving us dirty looks the entire time. Once our cake was brought to us she dismissed us almost immediately, we had to ask to see the cake which brought out so much unnecessary attitude from the employee. We were told the cake would look incredible. I could do a better job blindfolded. We gave pretty clear instructions on how we wanted this cake to look & say which our wishes were completely ignored. Absolutely no apologies or respect were given horrible customer service. On the right is what we asked for & the left is what we received….. Ridiculous

Ordered two dozen donuts for 50th birthday. Marble frosted cream filled ???? mic drop!!!!!!! These donuts make me cry!!!! The powdered cream filled are also delicious!! Best donuts around!!!
