I ordered a cake from them after the person who was originally making the cake had to back out for an emergency 4 days before the party after calling multiple places I came across this bakery and when I called they were very helpful and accommodating for such short notice and they made the cake better than I expected! Even the danish I ordered was good. I definitely recommend!

I ordered a sheet cake for my son’s party and it was exactly what I wanted. They were able to put two pictures on the cake which made it perfect for the occasion. The cake itself was delicious! I bought half vanilla half chocolate with vanilla buttercream icing and everyone loved it! Thank you Jacquette’s.

Not only does Jacquette’s make our absolute favorite donuts (the chocolate-iced with sprinkles and the white-cream–filled with chocolate icing are unmatched!), but they also outdid themselves with our recent cake order.
They created the most beautiful Jasmine-themed cake for our daughter’s 5th birthday — truly a showstopper. The design was magical, the colors were perfect, and the half-chocolate/half-vanilla flavor combo made everyone happy especially with the pudding in the center. It tasted just as amazing as it looked. Several parents at the party were so impressed that they asked where the cake was from so they could order from the same bakery for their own upcoming parties.
They also made a smaller lemon-raspberry cake for my sister in law who shares the same birthday as our daughter, and it was phenomenal — fresh, bright, and bursting with flavor.
From the quality of their baked goods to their warm, professional service, Jacquette’s continues to be our favorite bakery. These cakes made both of the birthday girls feel so special! We’ll definitely be back for every celebration to come & for many more weekend donut runs! 🍩🎂✨

The Strawberry Shortcake Was HORRIBLE!!! The strawberries were bitter, the cake was bland & dry & the whipped icing had absolutely no flavor at all! I was expecting a sweet, tasty, delectable cake because it was so pretty but it was awful! I was VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I highly recommend fresh baked goods and Jacquette's definitely upholds that standard. I grew very tired of buying grocery store overpriced baked goods that were just mediocre. Buying from here will satisfy your cravings quickly because nothing beats quality.

I came in about a week ago to place a cake order, and the service was unprofessional and off putting. I walked in to be rudely stared at with no greeting. The entire cake ordering process was unnecessarily long. It seemed like she didn’t want to take my order and was in a hurry to get me out of the bakery. I went to pick up the cake this week, and the exterior was ugly & CLEARLY not what I asked for. Before leaving I went back in to address my issue, and the employees still gave me attitude, stating how there was nothing that could be done. I walked out with an ugly cake and no refund.
