I have only ever gone through the drive-through, and I use the mobile app, but every time my food has been correct, it’s always been fresh, and the staff is always polite and actually smiling… Best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews but this place has earned one. I’ve been here countless times and I don’t think they’ve gotten my right once. It’s bad when you know you need to check the bag immediately or you’ll lose out on food you’ve paid for. The service is awful and the food is slapped together. We now go further to a different location that won’t perpetually disappoint. Management should get involved asap, it’s bad.

Maria and Roseanne are literally the best ask for them to make your food. I love my coffee a special way and they didn't get mad or have an attitude. They are extremely patient and nice. Best costumer service to the entire staff. I love seeing an McDonalds with amazing staff. Everyone in there deserves a raise.

I ordered a Large Big Mac Meal at the front counter. The staff was fairly nice and I got the food pretty quick. It was fresh and delicious. Overall ideal.

The workers are very nice but they were out of items and their first so subpar. I would suggest getting something better for the $8-10 dollars you will spend there. They charge $2.99 for soggy small fries!!!

The McDonald’s in Broomall is our go-to spot! We had 10-piece nugget meals and cheeseburgers—everything was fresh, hot, and tasty. The nuggets were crispy, fries perfect, and service fast. Always a reliable stop when we’re in the area.

Told girl at 1st window 3 times we wanted 3 quarter pounder deluxe. When we got to pickup window the girl said she didn't have the order. So then we have it to her and added ice cream cone. free 10 minutes wait we got the sandwiches, but no ice cream cone. Horrible experience.
