Told girl at 1st window 3 times we wanted 3 quarter pounder deluxe. When we got to pickup window the girl said she didn't have the order. So then we have it to her and added ice cream cone. free 10 minutes wait we got the sandwiches, but no ice cream cone. Horrible experience.

Stopped around 9pm for a late bite and was the only person in the drive thru. Cashier was friendly and I didn't mind waiting an extra couple of minutes for fresh fries. I was pleasantly surprised to find all of the food was hot and fresh, which usually isn't the case when visiting a deserted fast food joint after dark. This location can get a little backed up at peak hours, but as far as late night eats, this was as good as it gets.

Janet at drive thru is a classic. She's friendly and upbeat every time I go there. The girls at the pickup window are usually friendly as well but Janet is a class above. The food has been hot each time I go there The app sucks as usual and it's McDonald's so one can't give mcd 5 stars for all the problems. Friendly, hot and fresh, and the prices are certainly McD prices - cheap compared to everyone else. I contacted management via their advertised email - 3 times - and no response.

I recently ordered from McDonalds during my lunch break from work. I got (and was charged for) a caramel macchiato with my curbside order. I literally sat in my car for 10 minutes before finally going into the store. I asked what was going on and the one employee stared at me blankly and went back to two other employees and they kept talking each other and after another minute or two came over to say that they didnt have a caramel macchiato.
So in no universe should it take over 15 minutes to figure that out. The one manager tried giving me an iced coffee but I didnt want that or Id order that for a fraction of the price. So I got handed a regular cup for soda, but I was still upcharged for the coffee I never received. Extremely frustrating experience and was made way more complicated than necessary.

the young guy with dreads is so oddly rude i have no idea why out of all people they always have him at the window…. i say thank you every time but i’ve had multiple encounters with him where i feel like im a burden. last time i was here i got a diet coke and it was regular so i come back and he’s standing at the window talking i beeped twice to see if he would turn around and he ignored me both times (he wasn’t doing anything besides talking) he didn’t even say anything not one word he just took my cup and handed me the correct drink…he almost looked irritated. today i asked for extra napkins and ONCE AGAIN he’s too busy talking i did a little beep to see if he would turn around and once again he was too busy talking so i waited patiently because it’s not a big deal but he’s just so off putting and rude. zero customer service skills whatsoever. 5:30pm 10/10/24

Good afternoon Google family. I had decided this morning to purchase a fish sandwich for Mom. It's her favorite. I ordered two sandwiches with two fish patties each, no tartar and no cheese and I ordered two pies, one apple and one pumpkin. I now order at the self serve kiosk and I either pay by credit card or I pay by cash at the counter. A good experience, Someone came right away to the counter, an employee, so I could pay for my order. I didn't wait long to acquire my food. Employees are very efficient here. Good night Google Family and don't forget to work out. This is my new found edit on this location of Micky D's. This location is so expensive!!!! I go to the location in Ardmore and the one on Chester Pike and I am paying less money for the same items!! So I will not return to this location since I can get the same items for less. I will never understand why prices are not universal. It should be against the law for one location to charge more money for the same items as another location. Good night Google Family.
Parking: There is a good size parking lot. There are marked spaces for handicapped and curbside.
