First time at this Panera in some time. There was nobody working the register with a good size line forming. The food was subpar at best, with nats all over us. The decor is very uninviting. You should have a sign that says sorry we are open. This may be the first negative review I have ever given a food establishment.

The staff here is friendly and inviting. They run a good, clean, efficient establishment. I can sit and relax with friends and not be rushed out. The coffee, pastries, bread and meals are always fresh and well presented. I see many repeat customers, who have gotten to know each other by name. Thank you, this Panera is a great addition to our ur neighborhood.

I stop by this Panera often on my way home from work for the Unlimited Sip Club, and it’s always a great experience.
The customer service is top-notch, and the location is consistently clean and well-maintained.
A special shoutout to John, the general manager—he’s fantastic! John always goes the extra mile to assist both customers and staff, offering valuable insights about Panera as a whole. His dedication really contributes to the positive and welcoming environment here.
Thanks, John!

Rude & Lazy employee
Just went to pick up a large order, and realized there were no napkins or utensils in the bag , took it back in and asked a young blond girl walking up behind the counter if she does the door dashes. She looks me up and down with an annoyed look and says, "we all do them"" when I already had seen her bring it up the first time. She knew she put that bag together
I told her usually they put these things in ( Napkins and silverware) and ask her could you get me some silverware for the Mac and cheese and I take one of the small bags out to show her there's nothing to eat with in the bag and she starts freaking out " you can't go in the bag, you can't touch that" I told her yes I can to check and make sure the customer has their straws and stuff ( I'm not opening the food bags but showing her the inside of the big bag. Again shes freaking out, " you cant do that!" I tell her, " im standing right here in front of you!" Like what does she think im going to do, gobble up all the food in front of her!
I ask her can you just get me some silverware , she turns around walks away , completely ignoring me but im thinking shes going to grab some but instead she starts cutting begals . I ask her again , " are you going to get me some silverware " she says " no, not the way you just talked to me" lol. She was mad because I looked in the bag and she got caught not doing her job. I had to call a Manger over.
These young adults are so easily offended it's absurd. How dare I asked they package everything up the way it should be.
