Anderson was awesome he put some pretzels in the oven to make them well done for me . Prices are so high but service is impeccable

I am incredibly disappointed in the service at this location. I placed an order on October 7 to pick up today for 100 pretzels to be individually wrapped and ready at 5. Not only were they not ready by 5:45, the phones were turned off yesterday and today. I tried every 15 minutes from 2:30pm until arriving at the store. I left a message but never got a call back. The staff told me they were told by their manager to turn off the phones because they were too busy.

I was given the number of the manager but no answer or response. After finally getting in touch with the regional manager because I asked, the staff was instructed to do the right thing and prepare the order.

Unfortunately that a simple thing like having the phone turned on could have avoided all of this. Poor business practice and poor customer service training in a fairly simple business.

I came in on Tuesday 8/19 and had a phenomenal experience. I was immediately greeted by Melissa and she was so fantastic. She was so quick, courteous, and amazing. Thank you so much Melissa!

HUGE SHOUT OUT & THANK YOU TO MELISSA AT THE BROOMALL LOCATION!
I placed a large order for delivery this am. Delivery was set up through Door Dash.
My order wasn't delivered despite the app telling me that it was (no name or confirmation picture). That's on DD, not PFF!! The order was picked up by DD and not delivered.
I placed the order for a work function, so I needed to work quickly to solve this conundrum. I decided to just place the order again and fight with DD later for a refund. I called and got Melissa, thank goodness! I asked her how quickly I could get a delivery. She replied that she has no delivery driver on duty. I explained what happened with my original order. This Angel took my new order and delivered it personally!! I'm so thankful for her! Wonderful customer service and work ethic!! Give that lil lady a big raise!

Me and my wife go here almost 3-4 times a week and every time we leave with a positive experience. Every single person that works I mean everyone here is super nice and personable and just a straight up nice person.
