HUGE SHOUT OUT & THANK YOU TO MELISSA AT THE BROOMALL LOCATION!
I placed a large order for delivery this am. Delivery was set up through Door Dash.
My order wasn't delivered despite the app telling me that it was (no name or confirmation picture). That's on DD, not PFF!! The order was picked up by DD and not delivered.
I placed the order for a work function, so I needed to work quickly to solve this conundrum. I decided to just place the order again and fight with DD later for a refund. I called and got Melissa, thank goodness! I asked her how quickly I could get a delivery. She replied that she has no delivery driver on duty. I explained what happened with my original order. This Angel took my new order and delivered it personally!! I'm so thankful for her! Wonderful customer service and work ethic!! Give that lil lady a big raise!

Me and my wife go here almost 3-4 times a week and every time we leave with a positive experience. Every single person that works I mean everyone here is super nice and personable and just a straight up nice person.

How do you confuse / mess up an order through Grubhub for 5 pretzels and a pretzel dog, and instead deliver a party tray?? Are you serious?! Time to start hiring Personnel that pay attention / know how the hell to read.

first time trying the cheese steak balls from here… $6 for only 4 air filled pretzels. There was little to no cheese or meat in it.

I went to the store first thing in the morning, for rivets without first, placing an order. The manager, Marcus instructed his employee to prepare the tree for me. While I waited, he and I spoke. I enjoyed our conversation and found him to be quite an engaging person with a good approach to management. The pretzels and the dips were delicious. I was very impressed with this store.
