This place is a hit or miss. There are days that the food is good. Sometimes you just know it was yesterday's food. Sometimes the chicken tastes like it's been fried in old oil.

I have never had a manager that can’t count handle the register. Then the chicken was dripping with grease and the wing wasn’t done. When I asked for my money back he says “I’m the owner and been here for sixteen years” If you’re the owner learn some customer service!!!. I knew it wasn’t going to be right when I saw the glass on the door was cracked . I decided to still go in … no strawberry biscuits and the worst experience. . . Popeyes!!! Do Better !!!

The staff here is absolutely wonderful plus the location itself is excellent and convenient. Sure the store has seen some wear, but honestly it doesn’t really matter because the service and food is excellent. I highly recommend you check them out.

I have loved in several places around the US & I have to say that this is the cleanest Popeye's I've ever been in! My food was HOT and cooked to perfection! Everything I ordered was available for purchase and was fresh! If every Popeye's looked like this one, more people might patronize regularly.

Employees were not happy when they did not have my order correctly, they had to do it all over again, I pre-ordered 12 pieces, 2 sides,they took away the dirty rice and had the red beans and rice, i prefer the dirty rice instead,bring it back please,need better employees at this location, it was inexcusable, never again!!!

At the last minute, and being a stones throw away, I decided to make Popeye's a dinner stop for the family. This place is always clean, gets you with a "Hi, how can I help you?", and quickly get your order ready for you. It seems every franchise prepares the food the same way and I appreciate knowing we'll be satisfied when I get home and we start to devour it!

We ordered two chicken sandwiches.Both were semi warm and literally dripping with grease. We ordered fries which were soggy with grease.Bad experience plus we are in our eighties and our health is at risk with this kind of food.Never go back!!
This is the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to. I believe they actually slice the chicken portions in half to cut costs. Try a different one

Guy taking orders won’t greet you or offer you sauce. When you ask for sauce, he throws it in the bag with annoyance. I have such low standards for fast food service, but even this surprised me. Oh, and the nuggets were cold.

Manager/owner? was very rude. No greetings whatsoever. Had to ask for ketchup & he acted like I was asking for his wallet. Shook his head & threw them in my bag. Will never return to this location.

This Popeye's has always had major issues. The service is piss poor, the food is hardly ever fresh, especially the chicken strips meals my father and I ordered on 10/12/22 for lunch, our strips were old, our biscuits were dry and the cole slaw was the only thing that was edible. When customers order meals, each person gets two sauces each free of charge!! As a customer I don't appreciate the staff's attitude regarding request of sauces! This is bad business! I even contacted Corporate and this isn't Popeye's way of doing business or customer service. Also the soda area and tables were dirty, this is a major turn off. Unacceptable!This Popeye's Establishment in Broomall needs a complete overhaul! Changes are Imperative!
