Horrible customer service, not consistent! They cancelled our order from “too good to go” on two different occasions after we drove for 15 min to pick it up. They do not offer anything in replacement for the inconvenience. Knowing the power of social media and knowing how many businesses get canceled due to bad customer treatment I really hope the owner will fix this issue ASAP. Thanks for the response below but as far as I am concerned the pick up time starts at 7:30 pm and on the app it says that you have to cancel at reasonable amount of time? So that brings me to the conclusion that you do not value your customers time and money spent on gas because the math of your cancellation time does not add up. Also the idea of the app is to help save the leftovers but we are still paying for this service correct? So according to your vision customers should just come and sit at the parking lot and see if you are going to be lucky to get your order though you paid for it? Please read the rules of the application.

Different Cheesesteak #1189. The cheesesteak hall of fame should be in Broomall. Shocking cheesesteak. I was going to complain about being charged 25 cents for fried onions. But, after the 25 cents this beautiful cheesesteak was $13.45!? I assume they make the roll and it is amazing. Toasting is an option. They season their meat. Very nice touch. The cheese is holding this cheesesteak back. It was melted really well. Which made it settle on the bottom and seep through the roll. This cheesesteak is a hardier cheese away from being celebrated across the land. A thicker beer cheese please. I’m going to dream about your dough made into bread sticks and a beer cheese dipping sauce.

Chicken Caesar wrap was a MESS AND missing the cheese. When calling the girl just said “I’ll let them know”. Wasn’t even started when I got there. No refund offered, no apology. Could barely eat the wrap without getting dressing all over the place. Disgraceful!

Great gluten free crust and unique pizzas. When I could eat gluten, the Rize crust is worth the wait and so delicious. We ordered a gluten free and a regular pizza and noticed that the pizza cutter cross-contamination- employee cut the gluten pizza, then the gluten free on. Fine for me, not for others, so be aware if you have a more severe gluten allergy. Other than that, great place, quick service, local business and I visit often.
Vegetarian options: While I eat meat, the vegetarian options are far superior. I will sooner get a veg pizza than a meat simply because the combination of flavors is better.
Never had pizza as good as Rize. Been thinking about it lately and I need to get there soon. I once gave a slice of it to a friend and he said the pizza was like desert. lol. It's that good.

Walking in at lunch and seeing the fresh assortment of Sicilian style pizzas is impressive. Everything looks beautiful and fresh! The toppings are original and delicious! I usually get a slice or too reheated and the crust is perfect. The pizza dough consistency on eat bite is tons of flavor, soft then a perfect crunch. I like my sauce savory too. Every topping I’ve tried is really good. Sometimes when I’m eating gluten free I get there amazing homemade soups (so good!) and their fried zucchini. It’s a lot of food, yum! Not to mention they make huge cookies and reheat them for you. Drool! lol I’ve never ordered their whole pizzas out and their “flat”/normal round pizza is really good too. Don’t sleep on this place, give it a try.I’m impressed and really glad they stayed open during Covid. Someone complained that they aren’t consistent with their quality due to staff but I haven’t experienced that because I’ve always gone at lunch time. The owner is always there at lunch too.

Don’t let the name Rize Pizza fool you! Yes, the pizza is very good but the cheesesteak!!!! I recommend Cooper Sharp, tomato and get it toasted!! This steak has moved to my #1 for traditional steaks!! I say traditional because when I’m in the mood for an Italian style steak it’s Johnny Paisanno’s Milano!!! I would have posted a pic but I’d need an X-ray!!!! Rize…congrats on beating Delco(IMHO)!!!! Oh and don’t forget the choco chip cookie…it’s a party in your mouth!!!????

I’ve been on a search to find delicious “Delco Pizza”. The Rize crust is phenomenal. Gourmet pizza is my favorite and I’m so thankful I no longer have to drive to South Philly to satisfy my craving.Can’t narrow down a favorite so it’s between the Ivory, Fig Jam, Green Dream and Broccoli.
