My employer orders a create everytime. He gets an extra topping it brings the price to $18 because it is considered a premium (bacon) which is an extra $2.99. That is price gouging for an already expensive salad. I like the employees but it's over priced for an extra topping. We visit at least 3 times a week.

We requested an avocado Cobb salad, and that's not what we got. We got lettuce egg, avocado and chicken. None of the other things that comes with a premium salad. And she didnt even know what dressing came with the salad. And still ended up giving us the wrong one. Tonight's service was not great nor my salad

Broccoli cheese soup is cheesy with large soft broccoli pieces. The salad ingredients were fresh crispy lettuce and vegetables with perfect dressing choices accompanied with a fresh soft roll and side of butter. The perfect size healthy lunch.

Ordered the southwest salad. It was watery as if the lettuce had not been dried after washing. Very disappointed by the food quality. I ate the salad minutes after it was purchased as we ordered take out and live minutes from the broomall location.

This salad works IS SO BAD. They have no customer service skills. They have a bunch of MISERABLE High-school kids running this place sloppily. When you order off a delivery platform its even worse (if thats possible) I always pay for extra ingredients and some how the salad shows up missing ALL ingredients, like how is that even possible? Management for this location needs to do a complete overhaul with staff. They need to figure it out because absolutely unacceptable.

Will always love Saladworks! I've been eating there for many years. Pick 2 is a great choice. Very filling even if you don't think it would be, it is! :) The Bentley is my favorite. Even in a wrap with honey mustard. Loved that they came out with wraps and sandwiches when they did. Staff at this specific are very nice as well. We came in with special needs, and they were very patient and helpful.

This Salad works is the best one I went to. I love how the workers ask you about how much salad dressing you want. Whether it's light, medium or heavy. The salad works in Delaware on Concord Pike need to do better cuz I heard your suppose to ask your customers that question. Thank you for your good customer service
