I’ve been here a few times and usually a good experience . Today the girl at the counter could not be more miserable and unfriendly if she tried!! Yes, I know I don’t know everyone’s situation or what they may be going through but fake it when a customer is ordering!! So I get my drink(hot Caramel Macchiato)and it saved the day!! Crafted like the girlfriend I always wish I had!!! I was sitting down while drinking it and started to sweat!! I thought it was the drink but then I heard the voice from the ceiling…it was George Michael!!! That man could make me sweat in Alaska!!!! Then, an attractive blonde walked in with high boots and a short plaid skirt and I said to myself…maybe I’m Bi!!! Oh well…parking here is terrible but overall not a terrible experience! P.S. even the girl on the cup can give a smile!!!!

Listen, I understand that it’s the holiday season and it’s a busy time, but we sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes waiting to move because there was a car parked in the road, not a parking place. So I went inside to ask if the person who has that car could move it because traffic was at a standstill and backed up onto the road. The employee, who is making drinks with her hair down, said to me “that’s my car. Do you see that the lot is full? What do you want me to do?”
I don’t know, but parking illegally and causing an accident and then being rude to someone expressing a safety concern is not the answer. Ask for your employer to reserve you some parking spots?

I went here a few weeks ago for the first time to use some of my Starbucks points that were last to expire, to get a brownie, I ordered ahead on the app and my order was ready and waiting by the time that I arrived which was great. They were very nice here, the store was also very clean and spacious too. I’ve always went past this Starbucks for years even when they first built it but never actually went in until recently and I was not disappointed, I will definitely be back again in the future.

Best Starbucks in DELCO, hands down 🤗 Clean and airy with lots of seating space. Baristas are super friendly and offer the best service 🙌🏾
The worst Starbucks location In this area. I will drive the extra 5-10 minutes to Lawrence park or Newtown square location. Today a red haired staff member tried to give me a beverage that I watched them hand into the car in front of me (in error) in the drive through, then accept the beverage back through the window after it had been in their possession in their car, and then try to give that same beverage to me when I pulled up to the window next. Major food safety violation, will not be back to this particular Starbucks until the GM requires and enforces proper staff training. Disappointed overall

Who ever made my coffee this morning cannot follow simple directions. I got triple espresso shots and clearly states to add room and EXTRA ICE!!!!! The lovely barista yesterday did an amazing job and made my drink wonderfully. Today idk who made it but it was not made correctly and ice was melted. What a waste of money and time.

I ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew and they made it totally wrong. It was just a regular mixed iced coffee and when I asked them they gaslit me and said no that’s drink. Despite the picture on the menu being something totally different and that I’ve gotten it weekly. It’s upsetting because usually the staff and drinks are great.
