The Honey Baked Ham Company

I called from another state to order a whole bone in ham to be delivered on Thursday 3/27/25 so the family would have it after the funeral mass I received word that it was just delivered today 3/29/25. Since I paid an extra delivery fee I would have hoped that my instructions could have been met Very disappointed !!!

I usually go for a ham at Easter. Delicious always. Never a disappointment. Only thing is...there's always a long line. But it goes moderately fast. ENJOY!!

First time and will be trying it again. Popped in for quick bite and have to say pretty good, definitely a repeat appearance to try more of the menu ?

The food is good. It was crowded it was during the holidays. Service could have been better.

My job gets boxes from this place so me and my lady decided to give it a try the lady that served us seemed ok but the other lady seemed like she didn’t wanna be near us, felt a little racist to be honest and got very uncomfortable, and for 30 bucks getting only 2 sandwiches 2 cookies a bag of chips a salad and 2 drink i would expect to be treated better, cant recommend it and i will not be back.

While this store is a little smaller it always has great inventory as well as fast and friendly service

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE SO I WOULD THINK TWICE BEFORE SHOPPING AT THIS LOCATION. Every year in honor of my dad we get his fave ham from honey baked. This year I brought a ham for $56 that was full of fat. Remind you you pay by the weight of the ham and this ham was over 50% fat. I called today and was told bring the ham back and you will get a gift card. I tried to explain to the owner *Andrew* I live close to 30mins away so to drive there for a giftcard and waste gas wouldn't be smart. I wanted my money back but could he mail the giftcard since that's the only option and I'll email the pics of the fatty ham. He said no that's the policy I then asked could I complain higher he replies I write the checks I'm the boss lol like ok sir. Long story short I own a business as well and policy is policy however in some cases you should use your better judgement. For me it's a waste of money but at lease I can warn others. If you can purchase a ham from another location I say do that. Ps. Dear Andrew the boss remember you never know who is on the other side of the phone. Choose your words wisely...
