Egg shells in food. Kids running behind the counter at the food station was very unprofessional. Will not go back

Friendly staff and great food.
Great food, service, and atmosphere.
I had lunch there, on Saturday, June 22nd. As always, Fiddles doesn’t disappoint. The food and service were both Excellent. I’ve been eating here since I was a kid, back in the 1970’s. I have fond memories and a love for Fiddles. Every time I visit Brownsville, I stop in here for something to eat. Usually it’s a hot dog. They have the BEST Hot Dogs in the World…!!! PS, I got their BLT Hot Dog and it was Delicious…!!!

I highly recommend people to come and eat here! My aunt and I went to Fiddle's for breakfast and it was delicious! Everything was handmade right across on the from us and 3-4 plates of food only cost $20 for just two people.
My favorite was the chicken and waffles. The chicken was perfect and it was homemade breaded chicken strips.
I hope people who are traveling or even those who are local should go there to get best food in Brownsville.
I do hope that their business gets updated to keep it's historic and retro look, also I do hope they add more seats and bigger booths to get much more business.

I finally got around to checking out Fiddles after the torch had been passed on. It's still the same cozy interior as locals would expect, it's been kept up on but it still retains the signature charm, you can see the scene from "Maria's lovers" and the mural from "I'm not okay with this." The menu has been expanded, improved, and still remains true to its roots. There was a supply issue during my visit but it didn't really draw away from the experience. I was still able to get a good breakfast despite the supply issue. The breakfast was filling, Fiddles has always had fair to generous portions, and they still do. There really isn't a cozier 50s commercial/industrial environment around with such history and prestige. If you haven't tried Fiddles, you really should, as there's something about the place that just makes the whole experience cozy and wholesome. FIDDLES IS BACK BABY!

Love the Moe burger and fresh cut fries. Friendly staff and great food! We definitely will be back.
Called ahead to make sure they were opened, when we showed up they said they turned off the skillets and fryer at 7. We showed up at 7:05 and they are open until 8
