Almost 1 1/2 hours for pizza. Lady on phone was super rude. I paid for tip up front and I wish I hadn't. Bill is over $80 so you'd think they'd put more effort into getting it to us. We stay at hotel often but will never order from here again.

Ordered food through the online site for delivery, said it would take roughly 45 minutes. It took almost 2 hours before it got delivered. I was told it wasn't busy at all and that the cooks were slow that night. On top of that, I've never had to DIY my own food. I had to open the sandwich myself and put the sauce on top of a mediocre, sad looking pizza wedge.

Don't do online ordering here. Apparently it is through door dash and even though it says "pickup" by the person who ordered, they will give your order to some "random" door dasher that the door dash people told me didn't exist! They don't check order numbers so any person can walk off the street and say they had an order, and they will take your paid for food. The restaurant messed up and did nothing to fix it. They just said it was door dashes problem! So, I had to call door dash and wait for them to refund my money after waiting 40 minutes for this location to have my order ready. Today was my daughers birthday and she wanted pizza for her party. I had to go get frozen pizzas and bake them at home because I didn't have time to wait for some other place to make more food and it was more reliable!

I'm done with this place. i gave so many chances too. Almost everytime i order i go to pick up and the ovens got 1 or 2 things in it and my stuff is either sitting there like it's going to jump in the oven by itself or wasn't even started. Meanwhile no other work is being done. Good luck!

Ordered a pizza and a few other items at 7:45, called at 9:11 to see if there was an update about it. The lady on the phone was extremely unprofessional and rude. No apology. No “sorry for the inconvenience”. Nothing. Just an “oh” when we gave our name, number, and address over and over. Told us our items would arrive when the driver comes. Duh. We understand if there is only one driver, but they never told us that when we ordered. We could’ve just gone and picked it up instead of waiting for hours for cold food! Still waiting for the food. Extremely disappointed and upset!! Hire people who actually give friendly service. Unacceptable

food is never done on time, always have to wait 10-20 minutes inside waiting for the order to be done, food is rarely ever cooked long enough, it depends who's working...the boys do absolutely amazing...the others not so much lol.
I ordered sweet spicy wings and the bacon loaded fries and both were perfect. Delivery didn’t take as long as it sometimes does and my food arrived hot. Obviously not very healthy choices, but they were tasty.

Don’t order here. I live 5 minutes from them n they wouldn’t deliver a whole hoagie to me cause it was only 9 dollars! They charge a delivery fee so what is the problem? The hoagies not that great to begin with so what you have to charge you have to order $50 worth of something to have it delivered? This is one place I won’t order from again
