Got a hoagie came home. The bread was hard as a brick. The girl that did that had to known the bread was that hard but yet she still served it to me. I called cause I was hungry and all I have was the sandwich so I ate some meat but I couldn’t eat some bread cause I didn’t wanna break my tooth and they cannot take it back unless Meats there they need to check their girls there that are working and tell them something that hard do not serve it very disappointed

The food was good, and the staff was rude. I ordered the daily special and requested a 6-inch sub. She shot me a look like I was less than intelligent and told me in a sarcastic tone that it came in a 6-inch. Well, for $3 more, it also comes in a foot-long. Does she not know the menu?

I usually order a sub once or twice a week. Its hit or miss with the quality as they serve crusty stale bead, but I deal with it because Im at work and have little options for lunch. Today after eating half my sub, I saw mold on the bread. I wasn't near the store when I called to complain. The person working insisted that they sell all there bread and its made fresh everyday and told me to bring my sub back. I called the health department instead as talking to them about it got nowhere. Don't eat here they do not care.

Sam is amazing there I have a mother that is up there in age she cut the hard ends off for her and even cut in smaller pieces so I didn’t have to she is so kind and so friendly. Thank you Sam I was having a bad day and u just made it better. This place needs to recognize her and do what you gotta do to keep her!

Bought four meals with customizations and everything was excellent, fresh, and accurate. The woman who took our order (dark hair, nose piercing, super friendly- wish we would have gotten her name) was super efficient and even cut our pizza into 8 slices for our toddler. Thanks to your great team!
