The Sandwich Shop and Deli is Brownsville's gem and best kept secret! I always try to stop in when I am in town. I had a most delicious lunch today; I chose the half sandwich and soup - the Market Street Hoagie and Chicken Dumpling Soup along with a deli pickle and a caramel cold brew to drink. The deli is beautifully decorated and the staff is awesome!!

had the ham BBQ sandwich, John had the spicy Italian, & a bowl of cabbage roll soup. this place ROCKS. if you haven't tried their great food you need too. I give 10 + stars.

My favorite place in the entire world with the nicest staff. I travel 40 minutes just to eat here!!

This was both mine and my wife’s first time here. The staff is so friendly and patient with us while we looked over the menu and trust me there’s a ton of delicious options, we also spent some time looking at the other various food and drink options available. The food its self was beyond perfect. Bread was fresh, very generous with the meat and it tasted incredible!! If I could give them 10 stars I would!! Will be visiting again for another tasty meal!!

Also wanted to add the vibe of this place is phenomenal! The art on the ways, the open space with plenty of seating!! This is definitely brownsvilles little semi hidden gem!!!

Came across The Sandwich Shop & Deli while walking through Brownsville on an appointment at Mutts on Market Street. The business seemed very quaint and had us curious at the same time. SO HAPPY we went in!! The service was wonderful, Greek Salad & Soup delicious and the Turkey Bacon Club sandwich was delicious! Loved the Coffee Bar as well. Reasonable Prices and Memories Back in time of BEATLES History, Great time back then. Need more businesses like this, Highly recommend stopping in, you won't be disappointed ~

Today I had wedding soup and the hot Italian sausage special of course a pumpkin spiced latte. The food was perfect as always. I am stuffed. The employees are so kind and so very patient. Everything was neatly packed in my to go bag. I frequent the shop a lot mostly in the winter for hot lattes and soups but I couldn’t hold off any longer. Everything is so freshly made and just seriously good comfort food. You have to try it for yourself.
