Stopped today for 1st time. Got the turkey club sandwich. I expected a cold lunch meat sandwich on toasted bread. I was blown away when I unwrapped it. Huge sandwich, absolutely delicious & turkey was shredded breast meat. Will definitely be going back. Can't wait to try their coffee & desserts next time!! 🤤

Although this location is somewhat off the beaten path, it is well worth the detour to stop in and grab a quick bite to eat or enjoy the coffee and a sweet treat! All the staff great you with smiling faces and are more than happy to answer any and all of the questions. Definitely recommend stopping by and trying all that Brush Valley Bistro has to offer.

This place is amazing! They took a request from me to make a cake I had years ago from a closed down bakery. Strawberry Pretzel Tort Cake. They knocked it out of the park! We all melted over it. The moist cake, fresh Strawberries and homemade icing stuffed with candied pretzels. Soooo Good! They also catered our luncheon with their fabulous Chicken Alfredo and salad with homemade bread! Who doesn't like bread right? Their prices are perfect for these hand made and home cooked meals. We will always choose Brush Valley Bistro!! Catering done right! Customer service is out of this world!! So is the cake!

The Bistro offers a variety of options which is so nice. If there's ever a problem they go above and beyond to make it right! The people there are so kind and the baked goods are extremely delicious! My family loves the ham pot pie when it's the special! It's a high quality place with high quality people! We're glad to have them around ❤
Going to this establishment was a poor experience all around. They were sold out of their daily special, so I ordered a chicken sandwich which took 15 minutes or more to prepare. When it came out, it was possibly the worst chicken sandwich I've ever had. It was incredibly dry and the bread was sliced such that it was impossible to keep any toppings from falling off of the sandwich. I wanted to order a latte, but was informed that no one working there knew how to make a latte, despite it being a menu item. I also purchased two desserts, which, despite being average at best, were somehow the best part of this whole experience. All in all, I have never been more disappointed with purchasing food at an establishment in all of my life.
